Have you ever played Runescape? ~ I have, but only for roughly 4 months. My memory isn't the best of the game, however if required, I can play the game, learn the mechanics, map, etc.
Would be on semi-often to test? ~ I will be on minimum twice a week to beta test, I will, however, alert you if there is any change in schedule or conflict that exists.
Why do you think you deserve this position? ~ I am an extremely friendly person who can easily learn the basics and advanced aspects of the server. I can help new players find their way around the server and make certain they understand all key aspects of the server and it's rules. I am able to keep my calm in situations where most others might lose their sense of power and abuse it. I can also work well under pressure and within a deadline. If it comes to it, I can be strict while still remaining calm and not going too far in a sense of power abuse.
What would you do if someone spams in chat 5 times? ~ I would first issue a warning telling them if they do not stop, I will temporarily mute them. If they continue, I will temporarily mute them for around ten minutes, telling them if they do not stop, they will be muted permanently. If they continue, they will be muted permanently, as previously stated.
Past Experience ~ Owner of a Faction/PVP server, Head Admin of a Towny server, Jr. Admin of a Hardcore server, Moderator twice of Faction/PVP servers, Chat Mod on one jail server and one plot server.
What would you do if someone was advertising?: First, I'd warn them (most likely via in-game PM) that they aren't allowed to advertise, and if they continue, they will be temporarily muted. If they continue, depending on the severity, they may be muted again, or kicked w/ the message "Advertising is not allowed, and since you're continuing after being asked to stop, you're being kicked."
What would you do if someone was spamming?: Immediate mute for ~15 minutes, then kick if they continue, then a temp. ban.
Staff Experience?: I have worked on several of my friends' servers (3 to be exact), all of which are now defunct. I was a owner of one, and admin on the other two.

However, a repeat offender severe hacker will be taken seriously and automatically given a ban.

If you saw someone breaking the rules, what would you do: Depends on what they did and how severe it was, if they're a repeat offender, etc. Different servers I moderated on had different protocol. For example, a first-offense griefer would be given a warning, and if they repeat, then they get building privlieges revoked, then ban, etc. However, a repeat offender hacker, griefer, etc. that is severe is an automatic ban. The way I'd handle a rule-breaker depends on three things: what they did, how severe it is, and if they're a repeat offender.
