so its not minecraft or the ram its my graphics card?
I'd say its more accurately the 'lack of' a graphics card (What you have is an integrated graphics chip in the CPU). Naturally there are workaround options such as the Optifine Mod, which gives minecraft the ability to utilize multiple threads and also uses cleaner algorithms for completing math operations. (In other words it makes minecraft run fast) You can also play with the settings in-game at Options-->Video Settings--> And low Render Distance at the top right until it's reasonable and if you DID install optifine, work with some of the options under Performance tab, quality tab
I noticed that everwhere in every dimmension, at exactly 0,0,0 there is a red circle with green spinning triangles. It is unoticable in the overworld except for when I join my server and the chunks havn't loaded.
Here is a screenshot
I took that screenshot in space and as you can tell it really kinda ruins the experience ya know?
This is a really late comment but, the latest version of SecurityCraft for 1.7.10, when in use with another mod called LookingGlass, enables an identical CCTV experience and adds a whole lot of other cool stuff as well. SecurityCraft CCTV cameras work without LookingGlass as well but instead of actually looking at the screen you instead basically get teleported to the camera instead.
Anyway here is the mod link to both if anyone out there is still looking for CCTV!
After putting a pause in the arguements I was able to see what the console was saying: "
Java Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Well then I thought to myself, well great of course thats the problem when I have 16GB of RAM, so then I thought to myself again! Well the only way this could be a problem is if I installed the 32 bit version of Java by accident instead of the 64 bit version, and sure enough when I uninstalled the thought-to-be 32 bit version and manally installed the 64 bit I was able to add more RAM with -Xmx4096M

So basically I want to use KCauldron. Great, so I installed everything via the BUNDLE option of the two that they provide, the other being the KBootStrap which does not work. So I used the bundle, Extracted all the files into a folder, used this command line to launch it
When I launched it everything worked fine! Loaded up all the files and folders and was happy to see a brand new PLUGINS folder there. Here's the part where things go off and things always do as we know. When I added all my mods and then loaded it up I got the fatal message java.lang.OutOfMemory error.
Ahhhh!
Ok, I think to myself, I'll just add -Xmx4096m to the command line arguments in my launcher.bat
Um, no sorry you cant do that, Ill go ahead and close myself for you right away so you have no time to see if there even was a message. Great, so then I try this command argument instead
-XX:MaxPermSize=4096m
Um, no sorry you cant do that, Ill go ahead and tell you that we don't SUPPORT that command in Java 8.0. Great, well I need Java 8 to run one of my 100 mods so um can we please blast whoever thought to remove that into outer space and bring back the command?
Anyways, I need your guys' help (or girls) to fix this problem. The developer at KCauldron labeled it a Non-KCauldron issue which makes sense. So if maybe you could feed me the proper command line argument and I'll be good to go!

Gotha. Perhaps something was royally messed up in the registry. Its easer to just reinstall it if that was the case anyway

SecurityCraft: https://mods.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/securitycraft-mod
LookingGlass: https://mods.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/230541-lookingglass
Also just in case you are wondering no LookingGlass doesn't add anyything besides the API to be used for other mods, like SecurityCraft!
