Done, no difference.
I think Imma stay in 1.12.2 until Mojang fix the performance issues. from what I've read, they're working on it.
I'm pretty sure I updated Java just a couple of weeks ago, and I'm aware the 1.13 has higher sys requirements but my system can handle other games (PUBG, GTA V) without a problem
JVM args: -Xmx3G -Xms3G -Xmn768m -XX:+DisableExplicitGC -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+UseNUMA -XX:+CMSParallelRemarkEnabled -XX:MaxTenuringThreshold=15 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=30 -XX:GCPauseIntervalMillis=150 -XX:+UseAdaptiveGCBoundary -XX:-UseGCOverheadLimit -XX:+UseBiasedLocking -XX:SurvivorRatio=8 -XX:TargetSurvivorRatio=90 -XX:MaxTenuringThreshold=15 -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -XX:+UseFastAccessorMethods -XX:+UseCompressedOops -XX:+OptimizeStringConcat -XX:+AggressiveOpts -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=2048m -XX:+UseCodeCacheFlushing -XX:SoftRefLRUPolicyMSPerMB=10000 -XX:ParallelGCThreads=10
NOTE: i got these arguments from a forum post on XEAL Gaming Community, the poster claimed they will optimize Minecraft
Since the 1.13 Update Aquatic and 1.13.1, I've been frequently experiencing massive lag spikes. these are pretty much ruining the entire game experience, causing elytra failure, frame drops, jumping back and ghost blocks. This happens in pretty much every world so I can't identify anything that would be causing the lag. I was wondering if anyone can provide any advice or solution, thanks in advance.

I've been at my AFK fish form for many hours now and filled about 10 double chests in total, but I'm not getting a single mending book. I've got plenty of mending bows and rods but not one book. does Fishing still provide mending books?
So I was flying through the End looting End Cities when I came across this strange thing, I saw an End Ship, but the was no End City attached to it. This struck me as rather odd because I've looted maybe over 500 End Cities (not all on this one map) and I've never seen a lone ship before. Even the wiki says End Ships are "to be generated outside of End Cities" but the nearest End City was over 150 blocks away. Just kind of a weird thing to see, has anyone else ever witnessed this?
You spawn in a small plain biome surrounded by a savanna with a forest in the middle, just to the north of spawn there is a village with some great items to start a new game
Spawn Location: (approx) -86 68 -160
Village Location: -155 64 -315
Loot includes 1 Iton Chestplatse, 1 Iron Helmet, 1 Iron Pickaxe, 9 Iron Ingots, 3 Gold Ingots and 3 Bread. Also, the village has 2 libraries so 14 bookshelves and also wheat, carrot and potato farms (but no beetroot)
So I've been wondering around 3 different Ice plains biomes in search of a Polar Bear (to complete the "monsters hunted" advancement), however, despite spending the last 3 to 4 hours doing this, I've found nothing, does anyone know of any tips or techniques that can make polar bears easier to find, thanks.
Edit: also, does anyone know if do Polar Bears count toward the Hostile Mob Cap or the Passive Mob Cap
Edit: never mind, I found one
I'm playing Java Edition: 1.12.2 if that helps
I have never used fly, I only need x-ray, also most servers auto kick for using fly mods
Any word on a release date for a 1.12.2 version
I'm currently on a server that uses the Silk Spawners plugin (meaning you can mine mob spawner and change what they spawn) and i want to use one to set up an automatic cow spawner and, if possible, cooker. can anyone tell me the optimum requirement for spawning cows from a spawner, does it work the same way as hostile mob spawners or do I need to set it up differently? I've tried to set on up in a creative world bt cows hardly spawn at all, what am i doing wrong?
I'm helping someone to run a server and we have a fairly large amount of active players, but with so many players and end cities that are so few and far between, it's becoming almost impossible to find a city within 20,000 blocks that hasn't been raided. I was wondering if there is a way to remove all the outer islands so the cities can be regenerated, although I want to keep the central island because there is an alderman XP farm that wants to stay
With this seed you spawn inside a village with a Blacksmith's chest, in the chest, there is an Iron Pickaxe, and Iron Sword, 5 Diamonds, 2 Iron, 3 Gold and some food. Just to the northeast of the village, there is a Desert temple with three enchanted books and some other misc items.
Version: Java 1.12.1
