I played the original version when it was released.

Too bad the original creator died.

And I want share :Diamond: ´s with you! Because you revived the mod! :D

What? No no no no. What it means is the MOD died, not Cryect. Cryect just kind of disappeared, but to my knowledge he's still alive.

Haven't been looking at this mod for a while, can someone tell my whats been happenin?

Longor's been under a lot of stress lately and hasn't been able to do anything with it so far. He plans on continuing when 1.8 comes out. That's pretty much all that's happened, you haven't missed much.

Longor, I have no idea how coding really works, but maybe you can just have it convert the terrain only? Typically, the terrain is about half the map, while the other half is the triggers and such. If the terrain is kept intact, that should make it easier for people to update their old maps. Unless of course, they've abandoned it as most have. But still, if TaleCraft replaces all technical blocks with dummy blocks, that could work right? For example, replace all Trigger blocks with a dummy Trigger block, a block that has no functions to it but you'll remember that you placed a trigger there. Idk. This would probably be a waste of time because most map devs have disappeared/abandoned their projects. (Except of course for Guru) But at least that would make it easier for fan restorations. Now that I typed it out, it seems useless. I personally say either do this half-conversion, or forget compatibility. If you keep holding onto it, TC will be very limited and there won't be much room to improve. If you dump compatibility, you'll have so much more freedom. So many new things can be added, more things can be done. I'd love to see AC maps work, but I don't think it's worth it anymore.

Also, Did anyone ever tell you that your forum pic looks like an orange flying squirrel from a distance?

That is the strangest thing I've heard all week. No, I've never heard that before. People have commented on my username (and in fact my real name), but never my pic. Anyway, I think some kind of example map would be cool, or even some tutorial videos for YouTube. I'd love to help with tutorial videos, but alas, my PC is not the best when it comes to recording, let alone gaming.

I think you should know that I use his and another video as victory reactions.

    So no. He's not.

(By a person possibly helping with Talecraft in the future, I meant Zakerou.)

I know, I was just joking because you made it sound like it, and I was bored.

    Where is the download link
Dropbox and mediafire are back up so where is the download link
    No where
get your head out of your butt and put the download link back up

Woah dude, no need for that. He's having a very stressful life right now, and I don't think it's a problem with the whole site. It's just that so many people download the TaleCraft files, so even when the whole site is up, the file will still have trouble.

    Bionicle: Mask of Light!

Brings back memories. I had a bunch of the lego sets as a kid.

Yes! It's very sad that it was replaced by Hero Factory. I have a small mental seizure every time someone calls a Hero Factory character a Bionicle. Alright, your turn!

    correctamundo! your turn.

Yay! I love Jim Carrey. Alright, I'm pretty sure this movie was popular, but I really can't remember. The voice acting in this one is sketchy, but the toys and books were amazing! Sad it had to go.

I've probably never saw that movie before, but I kind of recognize the hands. Edward Scissorhands? I don't know, I'm just guessing.

    Mediafire?

Sadly, Mediafire doesn't direct-link. Instead, it directs you to ad hell, with virus pop-ups everywhere and Gifs about simple driving tricks and learning languages. It works, but with a annoying price. Dropbox is currently the only direct-link site I've heard of. Maybe you need to make another account?
