Apologies for my noob-ness. I googled this, searched the forums, and look through the most recent topics but found nothing. I have some kind of error that keeps Normal villages and Japanese villages from spawning naturally. I also can't access them via gold-block summoning. Also, obsidian summoning does not work at all. I'm running 2.7.2. I've tried re-installing twice, but it didn't work. [p.s, I'm not running forge, but I am about to install that and see if it works]. I checked the log, but didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Is there some kind of patch I'm missing or something?
To confirm, I have both mods and they are compatible, but, when i try to put a turret on top of my aircraft and then fly my aircraft the aircraft moves but the turrets stay in place, and I'm looking for a fix.
I might be able to help if I knew what mods you were using. Can you provide links?
...Celebi?... Ok, I am downloading this mod as soon as it goes to 1.8. No question about it! Now all you need is Mew and you would make my minecraft life complete XD.
awesome! And after you've finished this mod, you can make a stargate ATLANTIS mod. This one could have Wraith, Genii, Wraith hybrid, and of course a John Shepard mob! [who would be friendly, of course XD] The Stargate could take you to other worlds, or right into the bowels of Wraith Hive Ships! Perhaps even with Jumper and Dart vehicles like flying mine-carts or something.
Personally, I think modders should focus more on compatibility then updates. While getting new updates is cool, being unable to play your favorite worlds while the mods are updating... isn't :sad.gif:. I've never modded anything in my life, thus I don't know how hard it is to make mods compatible, but if its not terribly difficult I request modders aim for compatibility first, updates later. I'd rather play with what I got now, rather then wait to play with something better later.
To those who love their mods, I've looked through some of the older posts in mod topics and I see alot of "When is the next update?" "Update now please." "Please make the mod compatible for version such-and-such". I've made games and released various media before... and I know how annoying it can get when people are breathing down my neck for updates. Modders are people too! They have lives and will get to updating when they get to it. Also, I don't think its possible to accurately predict when a mod update will be released =\. Coding does take time.

Firstly dude... Seriously take a chill pill, and if you don't have a chill pill take one of those new chill strips. You put it in your mouth, it melts on your tounge. Chill.
All RvB quotes aside, check your version xD the mod hasn't been updated for some time, you probably have MC v 5_1, where this is the mod for 4_1. Long story short, it won't work untill its updated. Sorry dude.
EDIT: BTW, theres an unofficial update according to the surrounding posts XD
-When you program minecraft IN minecraft using redstone
Hilarious xD
-When you put torches all around both inside and outside your house. Then when night comes cower in your closet with a bow and bundles of exactly 64 arrows each.
If creepers came and invaded, I would place torches all around mah house and cower in the closet with bundles of 64 arrows.
Then again... if creepers invaded my house IRL I'd so totally install SDK's gun mod in my life, line my house with chests of identical cooked porkchops, ammo, and guns. I'd also install Djoslin's turret mod and mount turrets on my roof filled with arrows. And don't forget the sentries in SDK's gun mod! AK-47 mostly. When day comes, I'd bury blocks of TNT in my yard with a pressure switch placed right over the TNT... landmines!
SDK had cannon blocks last time I checked. You can also search youtube for "MineCraft Turret", that is by far the best form of cannon/turret/block-item launcher I've ever seen. I think the mod was made by Djoslin. http://djoslin.info/download.php?file=Turret the direct download link
This is my first mod REQ/IDEA, so please excuse me if I seem noobish. x3
My idea for this mod would basically make all the pieces you'd need for an automated factory/shipyard, just so you kinda get the idea of what the blocks in this mod would be used for.
The first block would be an item placer. This block acts just like a dispenser, however when its powered with redstone it places a block in the direction its pointing. The distance which the block is placed depends on how the dispencer is set. Perhaps the distance could be set by gently clicking it with the left button, like redstone repeaters or note-blocks are set with the right button. The left button would be used to set what blocks the item placer would place. The craft design doesn't really matter, perhaps:
= redstone
Next would be the conveyer belt track. However, this belt would transport placed blocks and structures. Example: If you had a long line of conveyer track items, you could place a block on top of that and build something from that block. You would be able to move this building/structure down the track by perhaps putting powered redstone into one end of the track to make the structure move. The track would be able to move everything that is not sand, dirt, stone, or gravel.
In the event that part of a ship/statue/structure colides with a block that cannot be moved while in transit, the blocks on the ship/statue/structure would not be able to move any farther. This would be beneficial in factory work to shave off uneeded blocks. Possible design for track could be:
But the designs don't really matter.
Sorry for my post being somewhat helter-skelter, I wrote had to afk several times and come back to it. In any case, thanks for reading my gigantic post! This would be an extremely helpful mod for me or any player who wanted to mass-produce large structures. Don't be afraid to suggest more things with this mod, though! I'd like to hear your opinions
What if the stargate was made with a material that wasn't obsidian? Perhaps metal or... sponges? xD
Some less used block would probably be best. Would this still mess up the Nether scripts?
I propose a Story Mode were each player has the ability to make their own Story Lines. An external program or built-in game option on the main menu would allow the player to program and skin their own NPCs on a very basic level. These NPCs could be placed wherever the player desires and interact with them using this program or built-in option. I imagine it having standard RPG style interaction, such as text boxes and sets of decisions you can choose from. Perhaps NPCs could even move in paths preset by the player.
Players could also set the stats of each NPC, their speed, health, items, and so on. However, they would also be able to set their NPC to Passive or Aggressive. Furthermore, they could set if the NPC will respawn after it dies, and what it will drop if it is killed. With this ability to change player statistics, players could even make boss NPCs
Each "Act" of the storyline would be in events, with players writing what NPCs would say or programming what they would do. In example: to begin with, Player must speak with NPC A before NPC B will talk to them, and NPC B needs to kill this mob or these many mobs before NPC C will perform the next Act. The setup would likely revolve around slaying monsters, collecting items, or talking to people. Perhaps future updates of this could add more kinds of Event Triggers, such as placing blocks or using items.
When the player finishes making their own Story Line, perhaps it would be possible to save NPC and building data to a separate file, and give these files to other people so they too could play the adventures made by different players. An example would be is if the player's storyline revolves around a village with villagers, both town and townsfolk could be saved to a file and imported into other maps. Or the head boss mob of a storyline could have a castle, which could be saved and imported into the storyline file. Furthermore, dungeon(s) could be imported from these files, with boss mobs and an item at the end of it(them).
On a side note, this Story Mode is not required. Anyone who does not want to partake in the creation or playing of Story Modes can simply not use the included program or built-in function. Also, these ideas are not expected to be completed in a single update... These are just ideas of what could be implemented in the future. But this idea would definitely be worth it. It is a prefab building constructor, NPC/Mob maker, and Story Designer all packed into one. Three birds with one stone.
Thank you for reading this gigantic novel of a suggestion... You could even call it a Novel idea...

Please don't remove the cannon block!
Its pretty much the sun in the solar system of reasons I play MC any more... I make starships with weapon systems made from those cannons xD
Grinder is optional... I use it often, but its not vital.
Lighter block on the other hand, can be removed without any issue to me, dunno about other people, though.

Dunno, never played timesplitters x3
I was thinking that it could be more of an RPG maker inside Minecraft, with the ability to export the RPG scenarios you make.
