Ive host my own servers several time, and co-owned, and manage several other severs, and as of now im a staff manager on a sever, this wont effect my activeness, as my responsibilities are as the name states, i hire and fire staff on the server, and its also a small server, so there is not many staff
7.) *Have you ever managed a server / network before? yes, that is almost all my experience as staff
8.) *Would you still want this job even if it had high stress? yes, as due to my personality, it not easy for me to get stressed
9.) *How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week? as until i get back into my place (staying at my moms for a while) i will be able to be active for at least 3 hours a day tuesday-friday, at most 8-10 hours, as until i get my own internet im stuck using the libraries internet
10.) *How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member? as i am a stranger, all i can say is you will just have too, or you can put me on a test run, have me be like a helper, or a moderator for a short time if need be
11.) *Describe your personality to us? Thats a hard one, as my personality always changes slightly, i would have to say the best way to describe it is, im laid back, and easy going, i give people second chance if they deserve it, i tend to take my job/s more seriouslly then i should, and do 110%

I know redstone, and can learn plugins decently fast, i tend to have good building skills if given freedom to build how i want, i have a mic, and i can also record, edit a video, photoshop, and some other minor stuff

Helpers will be players who i feel can play the game by the rules, and help other players, you will get access to play the server the day before it opens, so you can learn the server, and be able to answer questions if asked, helpers will have access to the /tp commands, and the helpop view permission
Moderators will be tasked with kicking muting and temp-banning undesirables, you will as you name states, moderate the server to make sure people are following the important rules(would like to say non-rp rules, but this is not rp) you will have access to /invsee to make sure players dont have cheated items (duplicated, and such)
Administrators, have the task of banning unwanted players, and in case there is a bug, promoting, or demoting players as needed
Please fill out a custom app for w/e ever position, please include at least IGN, Building EXP (if any not needed to be approved), Staff experience, and age(this will not effect your approval unless your under 15YO)

Well ima try to add in all the races from the previous mod thread, and maybe some more, and the special race will still be give to support and contributors, and if i ever get a larger team, ill incorporate something to be able to tell the team from the downloaders, w/e it is will not be something amazing just like this is us, say hello
heres a copy and pace of the races from the older thread
Human:
humans are the standard race, they are able to be skilled in almost anything due to there diversity. humans are of normal intelligence and are good for any class, since Humans can learn almost anything they put there minds to. Humans are moderately strong and moderately quick, and are able to use any weapons without negative effects or bonuses. humans quickness to learn new things allows the player to pick one extra perk at first level.
Bonuses to stats: no bonuses, but the Human race gets bonus exp on everything that gains it.
Orcs are strong and powerfully built humanoid creatures. Orcs are brutal fighters and can tear a man in half with his bare hands. Orcs are primal creatures that run off of instinct and have a low intelligence. due to this lack or smarts Orcs are only smart enough to use melee weapons, but they get bonuses to them. Orcs can only were leather and iron armor. and prefer to be barbarians. Orcs can see in the dark, as though lit by torches, but only up to small render distance, and only black and white (if i can pull it off). Orcish Lineage, Orcs take the extra damage from any weapon that has Bane Orc.
Dwarves are short stoutly built humanoids. Dwarves are master miners due to the fact that they can crouch and fit into 1 block high spaces! and are quite strong for there small size. Dwarves are powerful and vary healthy, they have the ability to resist poisons and most magic. Dwarves are slower walkers but can sprint a bit longer but only in a straight line. Due to Dwarves living underground most of there lives they cannot swim but can hold there breath for quite a bit longer than any other race. Dwarves have Dark-vision, allowing them to see in the dark at a distance of tiny, but in full color. Dwarves are natural fighters and tend to pick fights and start brawls, though Dwarves are careless, there are master warriors, they prefer to be fighters and excel at the crossbow.
Elves are nimble, intelligent humanoid creatures. Elves love the forest and anything it holds, and are master archers and melee users making them lethal warriors and rangers. Elves have the natural ability to ward off enchantments and curses. elves have Low-Light vision, allowing them to see twice as far in torch and moon light. Elves love of bows allows them to use them masterfully, making them do a bit more damage.
Well hopefully when i get up to speed on java, and/or when i can get some help with coding and texturing, and we get some blocks made, tho i dont want it to be ore first, as i feel thats a repeated process

ABOUT
MythiCraft is a Place where, the impossible is possible. Where Magic is real, and Adventure is wide spread.
In this mod we shall have Many Features, some will be Hard to implement, some will be easy, but i dont want to go about doing it the same all other mods do, thats use minecraft logic, and minecraft craftng. I want this to feel like you are role-playing, and forget that your playing Minecraft. As such we shall have Races, Classes, Towns, City, Wars, and much much more I plan, and hope that this mod will be Fully MP, With Friends List, and Party system. I want this mod, if possible to be a randomly generating Adventure RPG map.

This Will be how you start, each race will be limited to classes, and classes will be limited by Role, this is to add depth and feel, yes it kinda like Dragon Age Origins, but the mod wont kill of you role to add story depth, you will keep your role, but can advance it, or kill it with the choices you make, and the actions you do
