Okay, so i really love Customized worlds sense i found out about it, but finding both interesting worlds that don't cause minecraft to hate me is challenging, then making sure them work for a good survival experience, or a interesting one, is challenging.
So i figured i would start a thread where people can share their gens that are both interesting, and survival friendly. (without cause minecraft to hate you, or making survival annoyingly tedious
i will share one i found, its works on 1.10.2, its a tad bit tedious, but looks awesome.
There are a few screenshots (with Seed) from my using it on a altered DireWolf20 1.10.2 modpack, with a sphax x64 and SEUS Shaders (yes i play like this, don't judge me)

Sorry, it's not that your application is denied, I am just trying people out starting with applications I like best. So far I have recruited 3 people and none of them have worked out. You will get your shot don't worry! I don't have a staff manager (looking for someone organized and mature) and am currently balancing this with real life work which can be busy.

Staff Position: Management would be my forte
How Active will you be: I will be on holiday from the (28th June until 12th July) but except from that I am home for the summer. I haven't got much else planned for the summer. So whenever I am needed and at home I will be more then happy to hop on and help with any job.
Experience: Last week I closed my own server which I owned along-side two friends of mine. However the staff team wasn't contributing and I felt bad asking my friend to keep the bill going even though we had made no progress. I have been staffmanager/co owner on OakWood from October of last year until late November, which it was shut down for reasons I will never know. I was also admin on PlanetSaphire which was in dev and I found out the owner was 12 and he was extremely rude to his staff, so I left. I've also helped build on friends servers from time to time. I used to start as a mod on servers and work my way up the ladder but recently I've started in high positions. I also help my friend with building on DCMC but thats in extra time.
About you: I am living in Ireland in the middle of a forest. I have a passion for most things artistic and I love music. I will probably end up studying game design or animation in college and thats something I'm really looking fowards too. I play other games like sims4, stardew valley, smite and a bunch of other stuff. I'm a pretty open minded person and am easy going. As to why I usually do well on staff teams. However when needed I ament afraid to put my foot down and express opinions or if i see anything wrong i will tell the higher staff.

I recently got back into Minecraft and remembered a old friend of mine had been setting up a public server, after talking with him for a bit, we came to the conclusion that i would handle staff recruitment, as its not his forte. So here i am typing this, and getting read to handle the on pour of applications.

I have bee playing minecraft sense around 2010, ive been owner, co-owner, Community manager, Head Admin, admin, and a moderator on and off through out the years, main reason for not keeping my positions, was either lack of funding on the owners side, or the owner trying to pull crap that made everyone leave including staff.

As needed, if i like the server, and i can feel i can put time into it without losing my progress suddenly, i will put in more hours.
Do you tolerate Racism? Yes/No Explain:
Out right racism? 0 tolerance. "racist" jokes, that are not intended to mean harm to someone, as long as its controlled, and if it offends someone they apologize i see no harm in them. I've been subject to actual racial discrimination, as being a fully white kid growing up on a indian (Native American) reservation, where not everyone was happy to see me there.
SCENARIO'S #1. Someone in the chat, is starting to make remarks. At first he/she is fine, only cracking a joke here and there. Eventually, he/she start getting more persistent and are starting to use more Vulgar language causing players to become offended, uneasy, and uncomfortable(Excessive Cursing, Racial slurs, spam etc.) What do you do in this situation?
Well as the situation starts i give a warning, if the player ignores the warning i mute them for about a hour, if the persist, or get worse, ill warn them they will be temped banned to cool their head if they do not cool it right now(if they won't let me type, i will mute them to give them the warning), if they persist i will temp ban them for 24 hours, if they get back on and they don't start up again, then i will let them be, if they start up, they get one final warning before a a perm ban.
#2 A player is suspected of Cheating/Hacking (ie, Block glitching, XRAY, fly hacks etc.) Lets say someone supposedly sees them hacking, but you didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. What do you do?
I would warn other staff of the same rank or above that are online, if i had the power to watch them without being seen, i would watch them, if not i would ask if a staff that had the ability use it on me, or if they had the time to watch them.
#3 Someone is for sure using cheats/hacks. How would you handle the situation?
If they were caught cheating by me, i would confront them, if they lied and insisted they were not, i will ban them, if they admit it, and apologize i will ask they give over all items they got from cheating, and let them know i have to temp ban them as punishment, and that when they come back they can't use the hack again, if they do it will be perm ban. If they refuse to give the items back, i would tell them they will be facing a perm ban, if they still refuse, i will perm ban them.
NOTE: all cases where perm ban is involved if i do not have access i will temp ban, and contact a staff that can.
