The fence bugs sometimes... I mean, somehow it changes itself into "invisible" texture so i can't see it... You want screenshots?

I haven't yet heard of this bug, so sure I'd appreciate some screenshots. My only assumption would be that its something with a different mod you might have installed or a problem with your hardware setup or how the game works for your operating system, but I really have no clue, as I haven't heard of this problem for anyone else. I'll make sure to look into this especially after you show me what you are encountering. Thanks for the post :smile.gif:

I personally like it how it is.

    Alright thanks :biggrin.gif:

The best clean texture pack I've seen.

The only little things I don't like is that the wood is a little busy, i may be alone on that one though, and the glass has just slightly too much going on.

Thanks! I'll look at the wood and see if there's a better way I can go with it. I'm assuming by wood you mean tree logs instead of lumber boards kinda thing. :Notch:

hey totally love the texture pack! its leet!
But how do i get mine to look "realistic" like yours? (eg. the shading)

    Cheers great pack.

    Oh I think i got it :smile.gif:
did u patch it using betterlight?

Thanks! Yep, you got it! :biggrin.gif:

Its really nice but it has no textures for the Fences.

There should be a texture for the fences as in top left of this image:

    Thank you for enjoying it!

What about spiders though? :Spider: We need textured spiders, cute ones :happy.gif:

Anyways nice texture! now i can easily see ores without having to take time looking around (which gives time for.... :SSSS: )

I definitely should go back and rework the spider, that one definitely can be improved!

My goal in making this was to have striking and unified ores, so thank you for that :biggrin.gif: I wanted it to feel awesome whenever you come upon or mine into a diamond, coal, iron, etc.

Also, on that topic, I'm wondering if I should revert to the original style of creeper mouth or if people like it how it is..

This is what I am doing. I beleive I have used the patch thing to make my details 32x32.

I am wondering if there is anything left to do, and I know this isn't the right way. I am using windows seven.
Is this the right place to ask for help?

Only thing you did incorrect was extracting the zip file into your folder there. You just have to drop the zip file into the folder and it works from that. Easy thing to get wrong, simple fix, just delete the files you threw in there and put the entire zip file in there instead :biggrin.gif:

The 32x32 patch might mess it up and make it not work, but I haven't touched any of those so I don't have any idea really.

Thanks for all the support guys :biggrin.gif:!

On the topic of textureless glass, or frameless glass, I'm indecisive. I've heard people enjoying the frames, people enjoying the small amount of texture on the glass etc, maybe I'll just make a couple options for people to choose from and they can just pick the one they like the most. I may end up doing that :biggrin.gif:

I also got a review that the obsidian was too purple on another site, so I'll probably revisit the obsidian as well, since that's an easy fix.

    Again, thanks everyone :biggrin.gif:!

Wow, lots of responses in the few days I've been busy. Thanks for all the great reviews :biggrin.gif: I love that comparison, it really shows the cobble off. You couldn't believe how much I had to mess with that till I was happy with the tiling :biggrin.gif:

I recently added my texture pack to another newly spawned (to my knowledge) textures site, so if you want to head over there, maybe send a rating my way or something, I'd appreciate it!

    Done. ;D

Hmm, I've been wondering about the color of the gold ore block. It seems too... pure yellow... or something. XD Not sure how to put it. It looks more like a plain yellow block than gold.

When I get some time, I'll go back and compare it to some pictures of gold and see if I can better replicate the colors.

    Thanks! :biggrin.gif:

Ahh, Mossy Cobblestone is improved in its mossiness. I like it. :biggrin.gif:

About the glass, I personally haven't had a problem with the previous or current versions of it. The post above me suggests simpler designs, but if we're going by what a lot of popular texture packs do (from what I've seen), that usually seems to entail removing all trace of texture from the glass block, making it just kind of look like an empty frame of air (which doesn't look like glass at all in most cases). At the very least, I'm hoping that won't be resorted to.

I'm thinking that if I do go through and rework the glass, I'll work a few out and post some images for people to consider first. Otherwise i have a couple ideas in mind which are more fitting than a block of air kind of thing that most simple packs do. I'd probably go for a minimized border which isn't wood, probably more glassy and one or two spots of white or light blue, similar to snow but with the white transparent xD. General consensus among a few people is that I should probably try some other things with the glass, and when I get a chance, I'll give it a go. If that turns out good, I'll update, if it turns out bad, I'll keep thinking about it, since I do like my glass for certain applications :biggrin.gif:

This is easily my favorite texture pack. I don't like using others because it takes away the "feel" of minecraft sometimes. But the only thing that doesn't appeal to me is the look of the windows. Other than that, I love it! I plan on using this one for a long time :biggrin.gif:

I give you ten :Diamond: and I will forever protect you from :SSSS:

I see what you mean about the windows, and really only made them that way thinking about small projects with windows 1x1-6x6 or so, but on something like a glass biodome they definitely don't look as good. If I end up redoing the windows, I'll have to think real hard about a better way to do them without reverting to how they originally were. Thanks for the feedback! .. and the protection :Notch:

Yes, just a green version of the grass. Sorry for bad explanation(I am Dutch). I'll be happy if you'll do that for me.

Sorry about the obscenely late response, I got distracted with another project. Here you go :biggrin.gif:
