Rules & Info
-Red (X- West) vs Blue (X+ East) side
-1000 block border with custom terrain
-Can't build within 80 blocks of 0/0
-PVP ON within 125 blocks from 0/0
-No grief/hacks/dupes/stealing/cheats
-Friendly fire/block explosion/fire tick off.
-left click Death Chest within 5 min.
1 of 12 random powers given on first join.
-Right click w/ diamond block for random power.
-Uses 1 block. Can't place diamond blocks.
Discord and Server announce each game start
-7 rounds daily. 1hr to capture, hold point for 10 min
-Winners vote 1 person to receive any power
-Can't pick them again until all are picked

Spawn has TONS of the new mountains and insane caves! This seed is AMAZING!
We are recruiting players for our SMP! This server has a casual group of players with a laid back survival atmosphere. The server went live a couple weeks into 1.18. Planning to keep this world longer term and wipe past a certain coordinate in the next update (no world border). Players can build their base anywhere within 1,000 blocks from spawn (2,000 x 2,000 sized square). This keeps the community close knit and will allow us to see the new biomes in 1.19 etc. We are also sharing resources and building community farms. So far we have the basics covered like villagers, iron, general mob farm and gold/barter.

most rule changes will be taken advantage of by a big server, probably with more success than a small server ever could. I suggest a bump button and allow bumps daily. remove the ability for new posts to bump a thread. the button on your main post will need daily attention. this levels the playing field and opens up new strategy, such as targeting different time zones to attract players from around the world. not sure about behind the scenes stuff. like the fact that there would be way less posts in general, big servers would stop asking users to post to keep them at the top.
edit: this button would be programmed to have a countdown until next use. requires less moderation as well. button does nothing until the 24 hours has passed.
Amazingly smooth performance! Mob farms work even with lots of people online! Victorian themed shops at spawn, claim a plot and start making diamonds when you are ready
