Zombies in Armour?
I'm not sure if this was added in this snapshot, or it was always there and I never saw them.

This feature was added in Snapshot 12w32a. Zombies can spawn wearing any type of armor, though the chances are relatively low.

Nope, installing this on the Snapshot Jar will give you a Black Screen.

Can I know what ''Dan200'' refers to? Seems like you placed the Mods in there. The Folder you put them in is supposed to be named ''Mods''.

Playing on Normal Servers is something like playing on Vanilla Minecraft, so there's no way to do this without Bukkit. You could try using though.

You installed them wrongly. I checked the Mods you installed and Twilight Forest, Custom NPCs and TooManyFlowers are supposed to be placed in the ''Mods'' Folder, not the Minecraft Jar.

You have to Install Forge, and place the Mod File into the ''Mods'' Folder located in your Minecraft Bin.

Premium or not, they should work fine nonetheless unless you're playing Technic/Tekkit. You can find the latest Version of ModLoader here.

There are some Mods which does this, though they're not updated anymore. Also, it isn't really recommended, as if you fall from a really high place, it's going to lag your Client down, and probably crash it as it's going to have to render all those Chunks all of a sudden.

Forge comes with it's own ModLoader so there is no need to keep both. Move Forge all the way to the top of the Launcher, that should solve the errors you're experiencing. Remove Risugami's ModLoader. Also, don't do anything to the Jar as it will cause some Mods to crash. Delete the Jar, and make sure you run Minecraft to let it install a new one. Then, install the other Mods you want normally.

Have a look at this Block Counter Tool.

Well, You can't do much with them actually, except for protecting yourself with it. Gold is known for not having a very high Durability, so those Swords won't last long in a Superflat World with it's large amount of Slimes.

That's weird, didn't happen to me before in Single Player or Multiplayer.

I believe you're on Multiplayer? If so, I recommend using Bukkit. It has a handy Plugin called WorldGuard that can prevent Players from breaking things in a particular area.

Both the Aether and Tropicraft Mod are only updated to 1.2.5 currently, they won't work on your Client as you're using Version 1.3.2 of Minecraft.

Have a look at Sonic Shaders. There are installation instructions on the Page. The Title mentions that it's for Minecraft 1.2.5, but it should work fine with 1.3.
