Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but you just keep bringing up the same thing over, and over, and over again.
Ehh, I don't mean to discourage you but.. you ain't going anywhere with Modded servers. It takes a lot of coding and time to make everything work smoothly. You'll only get a few selections of players to join the server. If not, staffs as well. Since mods are a pain on the ass to host for, you'll probably need around 30+ GB of RAM and it will still cause a massive lag spike once in a while (Depends on how much RAM you're running.). Players wouldn't really like that. But it's a good idea, nonetheless the modded gameplay is quite a big shot to take. You'll need experienced developers to help you. Which can cost tons of money. Anyhow, good luck with the server!
Thank you. The server will need lots of RAM, I know that. But we're not trying to take in a community the size of MinePlex, just for 100-200 people on 24/7. We have experienced coders on the team, people who make mods and plugins. The server is Cauldron, so it could use both.

You're accepted as moderator. Congrats It isn't bad, because there isn't any particular order for ranks, just I took that you would be better making sure players are doing what's right Keep in mind you could still be promoted though, as long as you're doing good at your job!

Our team must be willing to help out on our server a lot, if you're inactive, you cannot participate. Are you sure you could handle being on our team at the same time? You said you could be on 5 hours a day, but you must use some of that time to play on other servers?

Currently, mcMages adds highly customizable character creation; allowing players to choose their element, choose their magic type and their armor type to best suit the needs of him or her.

I need an armor that is the same exact size as a player, not bigger, and supports 1.8 skin textures. For example, you upload a 64x64 1.8 player skin to the armor, and when a player wears it, it looks exactly like it would if the player had the skin.
