Yeah, I'm with Steelfeathers on the frames, the dirtiness of the glass itself blends better with the light blue. Also, I really like your logs, they have subtle differences, but maintain the same overall feel.
EDIT: as for those ores, I can shiny up the diamonds, but the white highlight on the emerald is god awful. And I already used all 4 of those greens...so...I could use the lighter green/blue perhaps?
I opted for changing the color of my diamonds to pink/lavender when I couldn't differentiate them enough from the lapis. Don't feel limited by the default.
I really like the tall, top-heavy mushrooms, but wet farmland just being dry farmland with something on it doesn't really do it for me, I like more visibility as the ground irrigates. Also, I'm not too fond of opaque trap doors, but that's just me.
At this rate, I might be able to make mobs! Also, the bedrock is very WIP. I really want to incorporate that symbol in it, though.

Nice Netherwart, and old-fashioned chiseled sandstone, I see!
Creepers and Endermen are different kinds of scary, I wanted to represent that.
TORTURED TOOTHY ENDERMEN AND CAMOUFLAGE CLOWN CREEPERS!

I adore the wheat hunger bar.
Yes. Now to take a break for the weekend, expect mobs from me next week!

I was trying to come up with a wood-based desert decor, but I can't have all the ideas!
Beds, chests, and hurdy-gurdy jukeboxes!

I used iipod's palette.
I for one, plan to complete this texture pack and continue to support it, even if I don't get the gui/mobs/items finished by the end of the contest.

Those leaves are very thinly spread out, but it actually looks nice as it gets closer to the trunk, and I hate fancy leaves!
This is probably going to be my last terrain.png update until it's finished, I'll still post screenshots, though!

I'm calling it a night.

I know, right? I genuinely startled myself when I managed to get all 16 wool colors with that palette.

Amen, fun fact; this is my first time publicly texturing, I solely made skins before this.

Saplings, ore blocks, and frog dispensers, oh my!
