I had been playing on a server for a week. Had some pretty good supplies and a good home. I found someone else's home and they had an iron door; I didn't have a pickaxe on me, and if I mined it I could of been banned, so I made a switch with what I had and I placed it in front of the door and opened it.
Someone had loaded a room right under of the house with TNT, I was banned for griefing...
Well, exactly what the title is; I keep getting the out of memory screen when I load up Minecraft every 5-10 minutes into gameplay. It doesn't make sense as I have plenty of ram allocated to it, and I get average 240+ fps.
I have an AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six Core Processor, 3.30GHz, and 8.00GB of installed ram (4gb ram allocated just on Minecraft).
One thing which may be the problem is that I have a 32-bit Java, I'm not sure if it's the problem but I tried getting a 64-bit download but it came up as 32-bit again.
The section symbol, §, allows players to change the style of the text.
Just like typing §k in chat displays random characters, §l §m §n and §o creates bold, striked, underlined and italic text respectively, while §r resets any set states. These (the section symbol: §) cannot be typed in vanilla clientsbecause they are restricted from being typed. Hmmm... the '98' and the '47' could mean stone bricks and bookshelves.
But if you put two flint and steels in a crafting table it gives you another flint and steel.
Pretty useless recipe, to be honest.
Derp, most people know that. Putting two worn out tools one on another in a crafting recipe gives you back the tool with the added durability from both of them together.
To the people who claim that they have got music disc '11' in a legit fashion in a normal Minecraft world via a skeleton killing a creeper:

Seriously, I've collected a double chest full of music discs by getting a skeleton to kill a creeper and not one of them is '11'! Either I'm very unlucky or you guys are making stuff up!
No, I said it's reallyrare and I mean really rare. I have 5 double chests of music discs and I just manage to have one. I don't know why people are on about it not being in the game... I have it right here on me in my world with no mods except optifine...
Silly, it shows new particles, xp system, more meats, arrow hold back, sprint and jump, hunger bar, endermen, watermelons/pumpkins that are farmable, ruins, some sort of item storage/shop, trenchs, rivers, meat (or something) dropped by zombies, vines, eating animation.
Look more carefully, The video shows building a home (nothing new). Well maybe because they were showing the minecraft as it is, of course it isn't new.
