List Staff Positions you've held or if this is your first time:[/b]I have Owned 3 servers all of which eventually closed due to economic circumstances. I have Co-Owned 1 server with a lovely fellow in Denmark, Administrated on 6 servers all of which I started out as Mod. I have also Moderated on 7 servers 6 or which were said Administrated servers. I have a very good amount of Administrative experience, from your everyday flame wars to your full on community killing wars. I have dealt with trolling 11 year old griefing and spamming to Actually Griefing Teams attack our server.
What can you bring to the community:[/b] I will start with one word, Experience. I have an abundance of it along with an hearty knowledge of plugins and a grasp of Heroes Syntax and Permissions. I also have something that I think the server would greatly benefit from and that is my love for plugins. I'm not going to lie to you somedays I will simply scour Bukkit's plugin lists for new,improved,efficient, and even fun plugins that may be spotlight or hidden under piles of others. I would bring many suggestions to the server if you would want them as well as my knowledge of them. It has been some time since I have coded in syntax so it is safe to say that I would have to brush off the dust but I would very much like to share it with the staff and the server. I am a friendly, helpful, and at times funny person so conflict with other staff members or members of the community would be very unlikely. I am way to aware of Power abuse also. I can not tell you how many times I have been killed by staff members of servers because they thought it would be funny or I said something like I don't like vanilla ice cream. So you have no worries of me wreaking havoc among the community. Overall I am a trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable, and dare I say it Veteran of minecraft. Lastly I have no commitment to any other server at this time so you would hold all of my attention.

Experience: I have worked on at least 15 servers administrating on 6 and moderation on the rest. I have personally owned 3 servers all of which I had to cancel due to financial reasons. I am experienced in many plugins as well as perms and the like. I work well with others and also players.

ZiraCraft is a dedicated factions server aiming to create a fun environment and enjoyable community. You can build on a plot in our Plot World or spill some blood in our Main world/Factions World. We here are ZiraCraft distinguish ourselves from the other faction servers with :tnt:ObsidianDestroyer:tnt: this plugin allows all blocks to be broken by tnt which many servers do not include. Our economy is run by player owned ChestShops and our own Server Store. ZiraCraft stops those pesky "log on log off factions" by requiring all players to have the rank of Member (1 hour of play time) before they can create their own factions,though you can still join and play on the server before this time. *- Why did you choose us? To answer this question I must first explain my predicament. You see about a year ago my favorite RPG server of 1.5 years closed its doors. Now for most people that's no big deal "ok that sucks time to google another", but for me it was a big deal. You see I am not your average player I love RPG its my favorite genre hands down and finding a good solid hearty server with a good community is VERY hard to find. Whether it be the theme being RPG but no RPG elements exist, or a community so scared of everyone else they lock up so tight whitelisting is impossible, or, this is the one that really got me. Walking into a server everything seems find friendly welcome, good plugins (/plugins for anyone who didn't know), until I walk out of spawn and see a "huge......modern.....what..is that a skyscraper.....what even is going on here?!?! *other player* Its our Megatropolis of Modern times"..... Alas I had all but given up hope on finding another good RPG server until I stumbled upon your post. I scoured the information posted (btw really good work with the pictures) and was ecstatic about the server. I could literally SEE the potential, so seeing that you were also hiring staff members I quickly decided to apply in the hopes of bringing to life this Wonderful server.
Note: so even if I do not get a staff position I will FOR SURE be here for launch.

- Past Server Experience I can safely say that I have played on just about every kind of server there is, foreign, sky block, minigame, RPG, anarchy, factions, towny, creative, survival, vanilla, spleef, etc. In total I can say that i have spent a ludicrous amount of time on servers, all the time learning, making friends, fixing things, helping people, hunting down that rival faction all things that I do not regret. In summary I once again have a hearty amount of experience.
- Past Experience with RPG (Does not have to be Minecraft) Fallout Series, Elder Scrolls Series, KoA, Online Text Based RPGs, SRPG's like borderlands, and I bolster this list on almost a daily basis.
- Plugin knowledge (1-10): Seeing that its been awhile since iv coded it would say a 8 but I am a quick learner so in about a month I could be a 9.
- Can you build (post pictures)? I can safely say that if you are looking for your shining star architect it is NOT me. I am very hard on my builds and only have myself built a handful of what i would call pretty good builds. I would put myself about above average WITH the exception of walls and all things Dwarven I love building anything of that style, most of my pretty good builds were in fact Dwarven Style. I also have pumped out some impressive walls in my time also. This all being said it would be a waste of both of our times to upload and see such builds.
- Are you a technical or social person? This is where you get a Double win I pride myself in saying that I am Technical and a Social person. You will see me in the chat a good amount of the time helping out people making friends all while still diging into the more technical of servers, the plugins, the RAM, etc.
