Major Bug Fix: Ranged mobs should be able to damage players again!
Improvement: Pets, Minions and Mounts can no longer by harmed by their owner or other mobs with the same owner. Disabling PvP will also prevent players from damage other tamed mobs belonging to other players, etc.
Hmm I shall add a limit feature into the mob events so that I can limit the spawns of the Queens, this will be handy for future events too.
I'll look into fixing those config options and adding an option for the armor piercing rate too.

Hmm you've raised a good point here, I'll make all minions and pets inventories only open on open hand right click or sneaking right click next update. Summoning minions is the whole point of the new weapons though and will be an on going theme for future weapons and armor, however I will move their spawn position to be random left, right or behind the player instead of on the player, in fact I'll try and give the spawns a bit of space from the player and possibly having flying mobs spawn in the air a bit too.

Unfortunately most people voted for the Beholder, but the Khalk will likely come next! Expect lots of lava from this one and thus Lobbers and thus Cinders!
Ooops! Lol I fix this next update! You can disable their torch griefing via the config though but they should respect the gamerule so I'll fix that.
It will have a similar super deadly attack, it will float and act a lot like a Cacodemon, but Beholders are going to be bigger, will have more health, will attack even slower and will have a cool magic eating ability. When a Beholder is attacked by physical attacks, it will try to randomly eat a buff the attacker has (not debuff though), healing it for a chunk of health.
I'm not aware of any texture packs at the moment, but if you or anyone has created an awesome texture, if everyone agrees that it is better then I'll happily put it into the mod as some of the textures do need to be improved. The textures are done the way most games do textures, Minecraft has a very different way of doing mob textures with a cube based fold out, but normally textures are wrapped using UV Maps. There are several free programs you can find that can view an OBJ model, with them you can see how the texture is wrapped as well as preview your changes to the texture live in the model viewer/editor. I used to use Misfit Model 3D a lot in the distant past.
I've already had this bug myself too, I think it is a server side issue so I'll be fixing that ASAP!
Hmm perhaps create unique Jengu Water would be a good idea, I'll look into that good idea! Jengu shouldn't be placing source blocks though so I'll check that too, maybe their placed blocks are becoming source blocks when next to other source blocks, but I'll check things out and I'll also add a config option to turn the water feature off all together too.

Update: The Swarm! - Version 22.214.171.124 for Minecraft 1.7.10New Jungle Mobs Added: Vespid and Vespid Queen
Conba can be infected by Vespid where they will become mindless walking nests and will melee attack instead of throwing poop, on death the baby Vespid instead will burst out!
New Blocks Added: Propolis and Veswax, these are hive blocks and are built by Vespid around their Queen!
New Mob Event Added: The Swarm
Improvement: Grue no longer drain health when attacking all the time, instead if their target has any beneficial effects applied to them, the Grue will consume a random one of those and then drain health.
Major Bug Fix: Fixed an unlikely but still very possible crash with the SKY spawn type.
Major Bug Fix: Concapede Segments have been optimized, this will hopefully stop some major lag issues as they swarm out of control! Segments not attached to a head will now despawn naturally, headless Segments can be fed any vegetable and will then grow immediately into a Head which will then start growing up to 10 Segments of its own over time.
Bug Fix: The SKY spawn type and all events that use it should now be able to spawn mobs underground correctly!
Bug Fix: Conba should now always throw poop instead of standing and doing nothing whilst getting hit! Infected Conba will melee instead.
Welp... time to get the soap and water wasp repellent .-. But what does the veswax and propolis do????? DDDDD:

Update: Trick or Treat?! - Version 126.96.36.199 for Minecraft 1.7.10IMPORTANT: Configs older than 188.8.131.52 will be reset to default, be sure to backup or manually increase your config's version in lycanitesmobs-version.cfg, be sure to read the update notes if doing this.
Bug Fix: Mobs added to custom spawners should now all spawn (only the first and last entries were being randomly chosen hence some events don't have all of their mobs and some mobs such as the Skylus or Ika weren't spawning).
Improvement: Lowered the Demon Mob spawn weights from the likes of 100 to 8 to match other mobs, however if any mob is added to the Nether (Hell) Biome, their weight will be multiplied by 10, this is because vanilla Nether mobs such as the Zombie Pigmen have a weight of 100, I'm not sure why this is but this is a cool work around to keep the Demon Mobs balanced when used in Events and when set to spawn.
Major Bug Fix: Hellfire should no longer cause a crash when in humid conditions.
Bug Fix: The Life Drain and Bloodleech attacks should now drain health.
Improvement: Roc and Raiko are now much faster and will swoop into the air on catching their prey! Watch out!
Improvement: Scepters are now twice as fast making them more viable for combat!
Event Change: Shadow Games has been reverted by popular demand and now spawns Grues and Phantoms again, I decided to remove Epion from the event as they are quite common during a full moon. The Phantoms will later be moved to their own event with the future Geists and a new Shadow Mobs will join the Grue in this event later.
Improvement: Epions no longer continuously explode to death in sunlight, instead they now drop to the ground and explode once on impact then die.
Bug Fix: Life Drain and Poison Ray beam attacks should now pierce armor for a small portion of armor ignoring damage like every other attack does.
