After spending a long time on this animation, I hope people don't mind me taking a break from animating for a while before attempting the next attack animation. c.c People who have seen Ahri in action on League of Legends know this looks very similar to her actual Fox-Fire attack in both how it functions and how she is animated (just not as flashy).
I work pretty dang hard for only 8 downloads per day on this mod....
Take a break, you deserve it, wouldn't want you to get TOO stressed out. As for the 8 downloads per day thing, I think it's that the mod isn't as popular as all the other mods people have created. Maybe find a way to get the mod recognized?
Thought the first texture looked a little too nice for a person to want to slay as a boss mob. Decided to base the texture more on Bloodmoon Akali and Bloodmoon Kalista. So! Now we have Bloodmoon Ninetales.
My attempt at making a "Bloodmoon Foxfire". I think it will look a lot better in actual game play that it does in a screenshot.

This mob looks REALLY cool. I love the masks wrapped around her tails. Is this the final version of the Ionian Ninetails, or is it a new mob altogether? If it is the final version, I guess that removes all possibilities of it being tamable. xD Not pressuring you to do it, just saying it would've been nice to have her follow you around.

A work in progress of a new mob for Alpha 0.7: Ionian Ninetales although I wouldn't argue against people dubbing it Ahri Ninetales (I didn't officially give her the Ahri name because then she might sound like she was supposed to be the actual character, Ahri).
I had one comment ask why her one arm is raise all the time. She is supposed have a sort of "held" item. I didn't build it into the model because it has to glow and to do my usual glow technique on a model of this complexity would be needlessly resource intensive. If you are familiar with League of Legends' Ahri, you already know what that is supposed to be.

Thank you for the feedback! I never got a chance to play the Tale of Kingdoms but it sounded like a fun mod. If you want to help out, you can make Japanese buildings. Any number is fine (zero is okay too )

Good news the ai for all the mobs that are currently featured are done, all I got left is to make them spawn naturally and ill get an early release out. note that ill still be tweaking the mobs, the big part of it is whats done.
Unless I run into a significant bug/gliche, I hope to release Alpha 0.6 this weekend. All I am doing now is bug testing and documentation between now and then.
Essentially 6 new mobs: Clay Shinx, Clay Luxio, Cuotl Ekans, Scrubby Darmanitan, Cujo Furfrou, and Vegnagun Dustox. Some new items/recipes, but nothing super special. The biggest addition to the game is that every model in the modification was reprogrammed, sometimes almost from scratch. Two mobs now have action animations based on the new hybrid system between my code and the Animation API: Clay Commander Meowstic-Male and Swordie Mienshao. All the models have been reprogrammed with the Morph modification in mind so people can have fun looking like some of the mobs in my modification if they use that mod too.
There might be some compatibility issues with this new system from watching other mods using the Animation API. I hope that does not become the case.

Cool! This reminds me of the Tale of Kingdoms mod, and how you can become a king and create your own kingdom. Definitely gonna keep an eye on this.
