This is a Faction/PVP server with a twist. The border starts at 500x500. It naturally expands by 20 blocks every Sunday. However you may also donate to expand the border. This creates a dynamic to the PVP in which everyone is closer together preventing people from building bases thousands of blocks away. And as the community grows, the border grows with it. The border creates an action-packed server.
What games will you be playing? Any monitor preferences (Higher resolution, refresh rate, color, ect) Whats your color scheme? Do you live near microcenter? What country are you in? What other things will you be doing? Want a case with a window? Overclocking?

The difference between most 5400/7200RPM desktop drives is +-5% at most. You will not notice the difference unless you specifically look for it.
The <10 drives you have owned are not enough to make any sort of actual point, and before you show those statistics you have they do not matter.
The first thing you said has no logic whatsoever, the difference between the number 5400 and 7200 is not 5%... And there is a big difference between the 2
And Seagate is less reliable than WD however not by much, but WD is definatley worth it over a Seagate for 5$

Op wanted looks over performance. And for his purposes, I would also take looks over performance if I won't even use the performance

Got lots of fans for cooling and looking swag.
Put the SP120 fans on the back mounted radiator.
The rest everywhere in the case with red rings.
The monitor is 144hz so its going to look smooth as hell.
Fast SSD for OS
THis build was designed for aesthetics mostly and will function like a beast.
I can lower the price and have better specs if aesthetics dont matter
