So Hopefully you wont recruit more than 100 players? In my opinion a server kind of loses the community aspect of it around 60+ members. Although I am happy to see peoples excitement for this idea.

How many blocks do you go from spawn? I would prefer to stay reasonably close to the spawn, generally I like to play with the community (that's why I want to join a server) So building far away from other players is not something in particular I enjoy.
What's the first thing you're going to do when you join? The first thing I would do is talk to the players, then I would find a place (either with a group or by myself) to settle down and build my home.
