Minecraft should have a mature language filter enabled by default that censors stuff so server owners don't feel the need to install server-side censors to please the over sensitive people which have the side effect of annoying the players who don't like censorship.
If this feature was built in, everybody would be happy. All of the starving children around the world would be fed as well.
Hello, I just checked the console logs, and checked in-game,but the server seems to be fine.
It must have been your internet most likely.
Thanks,

Possibly. Although GodDamit also was lagging and disconnected and he's on the west coast and I'm on the east so I doubted it as a probability.
Regardless, it's fine now and has been for a bit so I guess it had a hiccup if anything not a crash.
For some reason I'm unable to connect to the server atm, others work fine.
Edit: I was just able to log in, and my base was destroyed by a griefer.
Please take a look at my nether portal room, and the rest of my base. Whoever it was took down parts of my wall, nether portal, destroyed my redstone piston setup and destroyed my wheat farm and threw down lots of water buckets around the base.
I've got the same problem. Rain absolutely kills my frame rate for a short time. I've had this problem for a few months now and haven't found a fix. It may have something to do with the integrated sound, I've got that too. Don't go buy a cheap one to try and fix it though, I've already done that with no success. I used a $20 one, if you want to try another go a step up in price.
System Specs
CPU: i7 2600K @4.0GHz
GPU: GTX 550 Ti @1000MHz (Up from 900)
RAM: 16GB @1600MHz
OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows XP 32-Bit
MOBO: P67A C43 (B3)
I did not have the problem with my older computer with the following setup.\ System Specs
CPU: Athlon 64 X2 @2.21GHz
GPU: GeForce 8600GT
RAM: 4GB DDR
OS: Windows XP 32-Bit
MOBO: OEM Foxconn, from an Acer Aspire E360.
I have tried..
-different versions of Java
-different Operating Systems
-a fresh Windows + Minecraft install
-all available drivers, new and old
-A cheap $20 dedicated sound card, which did nothing
I have fixed my problem!
Your issue sounds remarkably similar to mine and I believe this fix will work for you.
Please check out this thread below http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/343030-minecraft-speedoptimization-guide-v-22-updated-on-nov-6/#ul
And search it for "Do - Update LWJGL!"
Read up a bit on that, and download the .zip with the files in it.
What fixed my problem was replacing a .dll titled OpenAL32.dll with a newer version roughly 70kb larger and upon next minecraft launch, my problem disappeared completely.
I'm a reasonable enough person. If you're found to be breaking a rule and you stop, you may not be banned depending on what rule it is and how it's broken. If you show that you simply choose not to follow them, you'll just be banned.
I'm not just going around ganking people, but if you manage to kill me while fixing griefs and then attempt to kill me right after when I return, I'm not a Piñata and I will fight back.

I'm starting to think it may have been a Moderator or Admin responsible.
When will something be done? I don't want to rebuild until the person responsible is dealt with and my base gets protected.
