    Oh sure, let's just pretend that's true for a moment.

    Uh oh, what's this?

    Looks like no water, to me. Let's try adding that properties file in, shall we?

    Well would you look at that! Problem fixed.

    Turns out you do need a properties file after all.

    Try to delete block.propeties only and look , it's work without block.properties

    In the latest version , Optifine have compatibility block mapping for legacy (pre-1.13) shaders , so that's why we don't need block.properties in 1.14.3

    No, please don't do that. If you're going to tell people to edit the files, make sure to copy the full instructions, and list it correctly. I didn't bother explaining the edit, because most people won't want to do it. For next time though, here:

    1. Copy the contents of this into a text file, and name it "block.properties": https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/kZPWB5zzTQ/ It then needs to be placed in "\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\shaderpacks\<shader name>\shaders"
    2. In "gbuffers_water.vsh", change line 63 which reads "if(mc_Entity.y == 1)", to this: "if(mc_Entity.x == 8)"
    3. Copy "gbuffers_entities.fsh" and "gbuffers_entities.vsh", paste them, and rename the copies to "gbuffers_block.vsh" and "gbuffers_block.fsh".

    Regarding the two gbuffers files you are instructed to copy, do not delete them. You are keeping all of them; just rename the copies. Following these instructions will fix most of the entities, blocks, and water. There will still be a few minor out of place things, which can only be fixed when Cody properly updates Renewed to support 1.13+ versions. Right now, he is focusing intently on getting PTGI finished, so Renewed has taken the back seat.

    In 1.14.3 with the latest version Optifine , you don't need a block.properties

    It appears that the water shader is not working on 1.14.2.

    I'm currently using SEUS Renewed 1.0.0 with OptiFine 1.14.2 HD U F1 pre14.

    That's easy to fix that

    Go to gbuffers_water.vsh and go to line 63 and change the

    if(mc_Entity.y == 1)

    by

    if(mc_Entity.x == 8 || mc_Entity.x == 9)

    My Optifine is up to date - OptiFine_1.14_HD_U_F1_pre1.jar

    Or are you suggesting there is a fix in a futue version which I need to wait for?

    When i say update i say update the version of Optifine , the pre1 is outdated and now we have the pre6

    So I -really- like this pack, so much I dont really want to bother to find one I like more that runs better.

    The only issue is that my chests and signs and banners are all pitch black unless hit by sunlight, torches and glowstone dont illuminate them and it's really bothersome.
    anyone have any fix ideas?

    Edit : It seems to be every player-placed item that I can interact with, excluding furnaces and stuff.

    Beds are also in here and thats the only common detail.

    In Seus files , copy gbuffers_entities.fsh and gbuffers_entities.vsh and rename they 2 files by gbuffers_block

    Hello can someone tell me how to increase the gamma from shader settings?

    Cause usually i can just change the gamma from option.txt and in extreme example i can see clearly in a complete dark underground with 0 light level, but nothing in the shader setting can do that. Also the shader setting override the gamma in option.txt. So I wonder if these two can work together.

    You can set the gamma in optionf of Seus , bottom right of the shader packs menu

    I adding some volumetric light in Seus Renewed 1.0.0

    With TAA

    With no TAA

    I will not say how I did it because I prefer to wait for Stazza to make the tutorial to add Volumetric Rays on Seus Renewed 1.0.0 and that it will explain better than me ^^
