If you're going to pay your staff in 'servers', I assume they're not adults. I'd be homeless if I got paid in servers, what good would they do if I didn't have a home? There are child labor laws that you must comply with not only where your company operates from but also where the staff is from. There's also the big problem of minors not being able to sign contracts. What's the stop them from wrecking your servers and selling/giving out confidential information?
