I don't see a problem. If someone creates a mod, and puts in a lot of time and effor to maintain it and update it, why is it a bad thing to allow said modder to sell his creation? It's about time modders get some actual profit from the work they're doing on this game.
I guess because most mods are created out of passion and stuff and this somehow defies that
I'm too lazy to form a complete argument but I'm guessing it has something to do with that -

No, just a Dutchman. We learn a lot about WWII, have a lot of local annual commemorations everywhere and of course the national one on May 4 and we have also an endless amount of books, films, documentaries, etc. about the war.
After all, we have been brutally oppressed by the nazi's, with many of the people deported to the death camps, so yeah, you then get to learn that kind of details even after seven decades...
Alright then, I was just pointing out that there was what looked to be a Swastika in the pattern. -

Everybody knows that, I was just pointing it out and making a small joke. -

The nazi salute is made with the right hand. Not the left hand. I beliveve many do it with the left hand when imitating nazi's, because they don't want to do the real salute.

If you look closely at the Cyan Terracotta you will see a Swastika
With this and the bug where a left-handed Vindicator would do the Nazi salute they might as well call this game Meincraft

Orson instantly ducks as soon as he realizes that the sword is coming at him, Orson then sprints to the entrance to the sideroom where the stairs were, hoping to somehow have the attention drawn away from him, but unless the knight has no sense of object permanence, that isn't going to happen, but fortunately Orson is prepared to avoid whatever type of swing the knight throws at him.

Orson doesn't really have any strong opinion about the cat jumping onto his shoulder, though he is confused on why there is just a talking cat here.
"How can you tal-"
Orson winces when the cat screams right next to his hear, so much that he nearly throws the cat off his shoulder and at the wall, but he manages to just wince and not throw the cat.
"Mind not doing that, and screaming somewhere else?"

The first room he goes into contains fridges appearing to grow and take care of plants, they are very tall, bright green, glow, and seem to have a rectangular pods at the end of each one

As he descend
into hellhe then sees a huge cave, with holes in the walls everywhere which lead to different rooms, more of the mini fridges that Alex saw are crawling everywhere, thankfully they did not notice Alex and carry on crawling around0

"please..." the kitten added in a fed up catlike voice.
At first, Orson seems a bit bewildered, a talking cat? It isn't the strangest thing he has seen but it isn't the least, but is this cat actually talking or is it just his imagination?
"Did you just spea-"
Orson is interrupted by the man who brushed against his shoulder, if he wasn't wearing a sack over his head, he would give the man a glare, but he turns his attention back to the cat, and is still confused.
"Are you.. speaking?" He says to the cat.

Orson turns around to see what this voice is, he looks up at his height so if the creature is small, he will not notice it until he looks downward.

Orson, after doing pretty much nothing for a while, decides that the town is a deathtrap, with nothing to do there and no reason to come, but he came anyway to see if there was some hidden treasure or something, but deep down he decides that he needs to keep looking, his greed just won't let him leave without a single cent, plus he already tested his luck getting inside since the guards must have been stupid or something.
Orson then goes back to the church (if he wasn't already there) and sees that this is happening:
As Orson watches the ordeal play out, he tries to step out of the way of any flying chunks of rock or things of that sort, and considers helping Jack to gain his trust, which could be very useful.
