OT: I inspect the statue, looking for any mechanisms that the head would activate. As I'm doing this, I end up behind the statue, conveniently out of the line-of-sight for anyone who just so happened to be pointing a gun in my direction.

With bewildering speed, I pull my slug shotgun from my back and fire once, aiming to put a well-placed bullet in the back of the Roman's head.

How convenient! I put the dagger in the keyhole-looking thingy.

You put in the dagger and turn it, the whole room shakes violently and the wall infront of you starts to move upwards, the wall opens upwards into the ceiling and reveals a room, what lies in the room is a boatload of gems and gold.
