Why would you want to play on this server?: I love servers because I love playing with a fun close group of people who share the same passion as me. As well as I love the idea of a vanilla server, I like making the most of what Minecraft has to offer and not filling it with game changing mods. Finally I love whitelisted servers as they keep the community friendly, fun and together!
How much time would you play on this server per week?: A few hours daily most likely! And definitely lots of hours on the weekends.
How long you have been playing: Since Beta, but have been watching since early Alpha through "Davidr64yt"
MInecraft Strengths: My biggest strength in Minecraft is redstone. I loved every aspect of it the second it was brought into the game and have continued to love it over the years. My biggest strength in a SMP server is my ability to communicate with other members of the community and to create a friendly/fun environment for everyone. I love building my creations with others or for others to enjoy and use (ex. redstone store) I love making peoples day no matter what it takes.
How often you will play: I will most likely be on every day if I get into the server, I have been playing Minecraft less recently because I've had no server to play on, once I get into one I will be sure to spend day after day on it!
How often you play Minecraft per week: I try to get on everyday but due to having no server I've been waiting patiently on the forums to join a new one!
How long have you been playing Minecraft: Since early Beta, but I started watching early Alpha through "Davidr64yt"

Why you want to join: I love the idea of having a close community with everybody working together and sharing the same interests in progressing the server. I think I can bring a great attitude and teamwork to the community as well as some nice building designs/creations. I would also love to show off my redstone design/creations as it has always been the best part of Minecraft in my opinion. I am also very excited to work together with all the great people of MineScape SMP!

How do you think you will fit into this community and what can you bring?: I love the idea of having a close community with everybody working together and sharing the same interests in progressing the server. What are your strong points in Minecraft and what do you mainly like to do?: I think my strongest point in Minecraft (SMP) is working well others and enjoying myself with others while working in group projects and just the community in whole. My strongest point in Minecraft (Single Player) would be hard work and resilience towards collecting resources and working on large scale projects. To be honest with you, I don't consider myself to be "the best" Minecraft builder but I consider myself one of the best at never giving up in my projects until I'm fully satisfied with that, if that means asking people around the server for help or just through pure trial and error, I won't stop until my projects are complete! Oh and redstone, I LOVE redstone .
What is your past experience with server play like and with Minecraft in general?: I started playing Minecraft when Beta was released, but started watching in the first stages of Alpha through "Davidr64yt"'s play-through. As for servers, I have played in many throughout the years and have always loved the mixture of Vanilla Minecraft with great communities.
How do you consider yourself a community player (Provide examples)?: I LOVE working with others to complete projects. It's a great way to get multiple views of structures and often is a great example to show how far teamwork can get you when you all put your mind to it. I have worked with many people over the years to complete some awesome designs and great buildings for the whole community to enjoy.
What does being in a community mean to you?: I think the best way to describe what it means to me is, a server full of players placing blocks is not a server full of players placing blocks, instead it's a group of friends enjoying themselves through designs and creations that everyone has a good experience doing. I believe no one is left out in a community and no matter how corky/weird you may think you are, your one of us when it comes to a community!
Provide some background info about yourself: I'm a Canadian 18 year old on summer break looking for a great way to spend some time with some mature and dedicated individuals. I have played Minecraft since Beta and plan to for many, many years in the future. I love just about every sport (Mainly Baseball) and enjoy hanging out with friends. I will be heading to University next year.

What time zone are you located in? Note: Most of us on the server are either EST, CST, or West Coast time, so if you are some weird time zone in China or something, this might not be the server for you. EST !

Do you have team spirit, and can you collaborate with others? Yes, I love doing group projects/collaborations with people and making friends. I love the whole community based servers that only thrive when all members participate!
What is your motivation for joining the server? I love the community side of the server and would like to think that my attitude towards friendly gaming will help progress the server and enable everyone to play in a fun, comfortable environment.
Why should we choose you? I have been on many other Mindcrack style servers that end up in the Admin getting lazy and closing them down, but I have always been an avid participant on the server and contribute greatly by helping/working well with others.
On a scale from 1 to 10, what are your redstone skills? (1 being a lever to open a door and 10 being Sethbling): 8 (It's my favourite thing in Minecraft)
On a scale from 1 to 10, what are your building skills? (1 being a dirt house and 10 being Keralis): 6 (I like building and enjoy it but my builds take awhile to look the way I want them too, so I can build nice structures but it takes me awhile)
Are you really busy in life? Can we trust you for group events and builds, if you say you will be there to help?: I LOVE group events so don't worry about me missing any, I will try to be on 2-4 hours a night.
If you find stuff lying on the ground, what do you do?: (Assuming nobody's on): Collect it and put it in a chest with a sign saying "I found these materials on the ground -schmied3". (Assuming somebody's on): Ask around the online members and make a logical decision with what to do with the stuff (chest it, bring it to someone, etc.)

Hey friend, I'm a Canadian as well! I would love to join your server for a few reason; I've been playing Minecraft since beta and have been looking for a Mindcrack like server for awhile. They always seem to fall apart one way or another and I like the sound of a "tight knit community", that I could contribute with my attitude (Friendly and outgoing) I would also love to work on some group projects with other members on the server.
