By the title you might have figured out that I am interested in creating a minecraft group; how I picture this (no YouTube experience needed, if you have 0 subs or 10000 subs you will all be treated the same):



-The group will consist of 3 - 5 main people, 2 - 3 behind the scenes (recognition will always be given to the work you perform), and any artists/musicians/animators willing to help out; the ideal candidate will:

> Be mature and act in a dignified fashion > Treat other members with respect - For the Main People (People recording the video):

> Have a clear mic (price does NOT matter as long as it is clear) > Be able to produce video in 720p @ 30Hz (minimum) > Play as often as they can, without interfering with their personal schedules - For the Behind the scenes (Builder/Moderator/Admin/Background_Characters...ect)

> Be able to produce good builds that look natural > Knowing how to create mod packs is a plus > Being able to host or already own a server is an asset - Artist/musicians/animators (temporary position with opportunity for advancement)

> All work will be considered and if any is used you will be acknowledged for the work > If you are continuously creating exceptional work that is used, you will be considered to become the sole [Artist/musician/animator].

-The videos will consist of:
