I hope you all realize it's fake cause it's not physically possible. Doesn't matter how many fans you put on it, the CPU won't go under the ambient's air temperature. It is simply cause once the coolant reaches the temperature of the air surrounding the radiator, it is no longer possible for its heat to be removed by the surrounding air in the radiator, it simply won't go any lower, doesn't matter whether you put 100 fans in it.
