- For the hunger problem, I would suggest gathering food and such by killing pigs, cows, sheep, rabbits, and chickens. Be sure to cook before eating. Also do not go out at night. And when you go through caves be sure to light your way with torches. This prevents mobs from spawning in areas you have already been in. If you are on easy, play on the latest version. They (I think) made it much harder to lose hunger. And you do NOT need 'to suit up in diamond enchanted armor just to survive a few skeletons', unenchanted iron should do just job nicely on easy mode. When fighting skeletons, remember to either press A or D and jump at the same time to dodge arrows better. I hate skeletons too, but once you get the hang of them you'll do just fine. Getting hit once or twice is normal. Oh yeah, and if you're dealing with a bunch at once, try to make one skeleton shoot another by círciling around them, if that's still possible in whatever version you're playing in. Or, much easier solution (except for the food thing,) switch to 1.8.9, you'll get all of the old combat mechanics and dumber skeleton A.I that don't strafe.

A quick google shows that it's latest version was for 1.7.10, and the mod will probably be making the move to 1.8 sometime soon.
A 1.9 version probably won't be made until Minecraft 1.9 has a stable build, which will only happen when 1.10 comes. Like nearly every major mod there is.

I petition we ban this guy from all multiplayer servers ever, and the forum as welll

Wait for the maker of the mod to do that. Like we do for every mod that has not been abandoned.

I'm honest, and blunt. That can come across as being mean spirited, but it is kinder to tell a person that an idea is poorly constructed than to leave them without any input whatsoever. Quite often, people ask for things that already exist as a mod (or they ask for a mod to be updated, when the mod creator is already working on it), can be done with commands (as in they want a tool for adventure maps, that would most likely break the save when players try to play the map without the mod), or is already part of vanilla Minecraft. Other times, a person will ask for a mod that is blatantly meant to be used for cheating in multiplayer. And then there are the requests that, while well constructed, leave out a critical factor that I feel needs to be brought to attention.
You fall into this third category. When you leave something vague, people can get the wrong idea about what you are asking for. Even then, having Paid content on your server, whether or not non paying players can unlock it, is against the EULA.

To remove an infusion, find a high platform and jump off. Be sure you are not wearing any gear that may reduce the damage. Alternatively, find a helpful zombie and feed it your brain. Or offer yourself as a pincushion to any skeleton in the area. You can also go for a swim in lava. Be warned that all of these will remove all infusions on your miner. As always, the time tested tradition of creeper hugging is only reserved for a last resort

It's a music video.

Let me explain why this won't happen with an XKCD comic:
Basically, in order to use this mod, people would still have to download and install it. Or they could just use Skype or any other similar service, which more people have anyway. In other words, the problem you are trying to solve exists within the mod itself.

I recalled that the Agrarian Skies Modpacks Have this functionality. A little digging and I was able to find the mod responsible: Hardcore Questing Mode.

Patience, Is my recommendation.
