Aaron in walking down the road, looking back and forth between the merchant stalls on each side. Background: Aaron was born in a small town on an island, he was raised on a farm, but he never really adopted those kind of tendencies. He strayed away from his home as often as he could and often fled to the volcano to look down on the rest of the island. He liked the sense of power it gave him at the time. As a child, Aaron didn't have many friends, the friends he did have didn't last very long. But then, he met a girl named Emily. His parents disapproved of Emily, she was the daughter of the their rival farm. But he continued to see her, they would meet on the peak of the volcano everyday and they would watch the town below. Until one day, that all changed.
Whilst Aaron and Emily were sitting atop the volcano, watching the town, talking about their families and recent happenings. The ground started to get hotter, and slowly vibrate and shake, more and more. Aaron realized what was happening, and told Emily to come with him off the volcano, but she denied. She said that it was what she wanted, and she wouldn't budge from her position, Aaron didn't want to leave her side. Just then, Aaron father along with his older brother grabbed him and carried him away from the treacherous ground, Aaron resisting as much as he could. He couldn't understand why Emily wouldn't move. He just wanted with all of his heart to save her, he couldn't understand why.
Aaron was carried onto a boat, they were leaving the island. Going to the mainland, Aaron realized how useless he was, he couldn't even save Emily. He decided that once he arrived onto mainland that he would improve himself, he would train, become stronger and then one day make it up to Emily for his stupidity. He didn't want to do it, or have to do it. He just did it.

Soul aimed his pistol through a hole in the glass, focusing on one of the raiders legs that was unprotected by armor. "Die scumbags!" he yelled right before pulling the trigger. The raider jumping out of the way. and the bullet hitting the gas tank on the bike. Gas spewing everywhere, before catching fire, and then exploding. Soul ducked his head back down as some scrap flew into the room, hearing the two raiders scream made Soul smile. He walked out of the back door of the gas station, the smell of gasoline still in the air. Breathing a sigh of relief as a raiders are screaming for help. Soul frowns at the loss of his bike, and his belongings, but he continued to Arizona unscathed by the event.

Cole lived in Washington for most of his life, but was actually born in Nevada, north east of Arizona.
Cole was born into the apocalyptic world, taught everything he knows by his father. His mother dying during childbirth. Coles father taught him how to outlast his foes, dodging whatever they could throw at him. Wearing them out and then finishing them off. That was how Cole fought and outlasted the wastelands. On Coles nineteenth birthday, his father died of his old age, he was 54. He just couldn't take it anymore, he lost his life to a group of raiders. He was too old to handle that many of them. Cole was saddened by his fathers death. Moving away from Washington right then and there. He decided to go to Arizona. He packed his bag and left the abandoned warehouse they had been staying in. Arizona bound.
