    Alright, I can get the shading to work...but when I try to use the Dungeon finder (on a clean jar) and log in, all my textures are completely black. To clarify, I can log in. It isn't a blackscreen crash. I've tried all the troubleshooting methods on the wiki to no avail =/

    Well runesmith, you sent me in the right direction. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=46173 had the solution to my problems. There's a patcher there that solves the issue with all animations. I am now happily using your texture pack and like a dozen other mods you sent me in the direction of with your texture pack :wink.gif:

    I'm still pretty fresh with texture packs but I understand how to do most of it...my only problem is that the lava and water in-game doesn't appear to flow at all. Every block looks like a still block. How do I fix this?

    Why should you be accepted into Herocraft?: I pride myself in being mature and reliable and, as much as the next person, always looking to widen the scope of my next project. I've been looking for a server with a real RPG feel to it and this is easily the most promising server I've seen in that regard.
    Addn. Info: I've spent the last couple months playing on the server Void Wars and felt, for what it's worth, that I left a very good impression on the players there. During my time there I had run the construction of two cities and aided in the construction of another. The biggest reason for my departure from the server is, mostly, a large change in the general atmosphere found there; and the constant server resets without notice isn't something that helps mitigate the issue. It is also worth the slight mention that I have donated to that server, and if I have a good impression on this server I will likely donate here as well, but I am resolute in the statement that my biggest contribution will be a positive and friendly demeanor and aesthetically pleasing and practical constructs.

    The problem I have with this idea is that it's overly complicated in a game that marvels in it's relative simplicity. How would this all be explained in-game in the future without an expansive tutorial? How would you know your flying machine actually worked without a hefty UI specifically for it?

    Discussion board on the forums are still locked to admin only. I'd like to open a discussion to water clan on how to best use the new underwater city.

    Also, if possible, I'd like an admin to make the ocean surface level above the city level again. (Not have a random waterfall in the middle of the sea....you know.)

    Correct. For more perspective, I'll fill you in on the project I'm working on that brought on this issue to me. I wanted to build an Atlantis, of sorts. Think an underwater city...But there's no city. I'm trying to "reclaim" the ocean floor for the water clan by encasing large amounts of ocean floor in glass, and then am going to allow people to build freely within it. The problem with doing this is that, obviously, glass is easy to break and with a large surface area at the top of this structure. Holes would be easy to punch into it and it wouldn't matter how extravagant a sewer system I devise, the city would be easy to destroy.

    However, if the surface of this area (Currently it's planned to be flat, or slightly curved at the edges to round it off) could not be destroyed- that in itself would limit the water damage that could be done without allowing the entire water clan a perfect safe haven.

    I welcome all help towards finishing this project in a timely manner. The first and most important thing any water clan member can help me with without having me personally oversee the project is to simply collect massive amounts of dirt and glass. Dirt is more important at this stage; I've got tons of glass but definitely not enough...but dirt is needed to drain the city. Once I finish the borders to the main first installment of the city (We can always add more in the future), it'll be as simple as letting you guys come in and drop the dirt until everything is filled up.
