I didnt think PermissionsEX would work with 1.10.2, Thanks for some pointers
I am setting up a new server I need help getting plugins and permissions, I have not played or managed a server in many years.
this server can easily handel 400+ players once it is setup.
18 Cores (CPU)
starting with 4GB of ram with a max heap size of 60GB and can be upped to 85 if needed once the server grows.
