posted a message on Mod search - Help needed!

    Hello!

I will start by saying that i am using Minecraft 1.7.10, with Forge 10.13.3.1387.

Since i have no idea what to search for, google is unreliable, I need to know which mods has these features.

-A block that will emit redstone signal if an arrow was shot on it. Like a target block.

-A block that will emit redstone signal if looked at.

-A block that will launch the player in a direction. Block should have settings for the distance, and launch speed, and direction.

-A bounce block that works like the slime blocks in 1.8 or whatever.

-A block that lights up when stood on by anything.

-A block that invisible (but still solid) if there is no light. The more light there is on the block, the more visible it becomes. (or if light level is at least 8, it becaomes fully visible.

-Same as the last, but reversed. Completely invisible if full lighting level is on it. The less light there is, the more visible it becomes. (or if light level is above 8, it becomes invisible, but still solid) When in the dark, the block should "light up" just like blocks from XyCraft does, without emitting light.

That's it for now. The post will be edited if i get more ideas.

posted a message on [FORGE] Quadrum v0.8.1 for MC 1.12 - Simplified block/item addition for the average user

How can i make a block emit light-level depending on the redstone strength?

For example, if redstone power is 5 when it touches the block, the block will emit light at level 5.

posted a message on New custom block textures?
Okay, so now i have MCpatcher for 1.8. Bad news is, i cant /setblock a block with an unexisting data value (Grass:1) anymore.

Does anyone know how i can create textures for "unexisting" block data values with mcpatcher, and be able to use /setblock for them?

    The topic is confusing.

Well then, looks like i will have to wait for 1.8 since i'm using the latest snapshot.

I don't want to replace any existing blocks though.

Is it possible yet to create new custom blocks with new textures?
What i mean is, when i set a block to be "minecraft:stone 7" for example, there will be no texture as expected (pink and black squares)
So I've been wondering, how can i set a texture for these new blocks. so i can make lots of new blocks? Only way i can think of is with a json file.

While i'm at it, if this up here is possible, can connected textures be made with it?

Since i am sure i will have to create a model file, i intend to make all of them normal blocks.

I have a really annoying problem with the pressure plates, I am trying to build something, but suddenly, when testing, the pressure plates just gets stuck on the pressed state for a while! I have even removed EVERYTHING around it and it still gets stuck.
Anyway, if i put it somewhere else, it works okay... FOR A WHILE!
I moved 3 times and after a while, it keeps happening!
    Why is it doing that?

By the way, i move it somewhere, it works okay for a while, as i said, but if i put another pressure plate to where the previous one was (where it gets stuck), it keeps getting stuck.
