I'm working on a 1.7.10 (Forge) mod that adds 1.8.x blocks and recipes. I'm trying to add the recipe for "Chiseled Stone Bricks" & "Mossy Stone Bricks" but I haven't been able to find them in the "Blocks" class.
I decided to create my first non-YT survival world and thought I'd bring you guys along! I will be playing the latest snapshot and in Easy mode (for now). Check later in the thread for more updates.

To spend the first night I will be staying on an island not too far off the coast. There is a taiga and extreme mountains on the other side of the island:
Did some small mining for cobblestone:
Cookin' some charcoal:
Will I survive the first night without a bed? I guess we'll find out tommorow:
Hi I'm having a problem with the Life In The Woods modpack for 1.6.4. When I launch it, it gets stuck at the Mojang Screen and when I try to close it, it says "Java(TM) Platform SE binary is not responding" I've reinstalled the pack and followed the install instruction exactly how it was but still, no luck. Does anyone know how to get this pack working?

Why do you want to join?: I'm looking for a new server to record on (my old server didn't work out. also called YouCraft lol). I'd also like to be part of an active Minecraft community and play with other people.
What is you favorite part about minecraft?: I like redstone.
I don't know why it would be doing this but if you're on Windows you should get Fraps or if you're on a Mac you should get Screenflow. I've been using both of those and had no problems at all.

I recently (in January) built a dual monitor gaming PC/Setup. I've always wanted to code a game (I'm learning Java, can get as far as a simple button app for Android).
