    I mean...technically they can do it on paper but that would give it a different artstyle being how everything would be with coloured pencils, water paint, or whatever they use. They can use anything between photoshop and ms paint. but they need to have modeling software like maya or 3ds max to uv map everything so its actually able to be textured

    if you're talking about the tools and armour from the evo stones and what not then yes, that is currently in the 1.8 version of the mod, not 1.7.10

    have a button in the gui that only appears if it is holding a mega stone for that pokemon and it changes its model, texture, and stats until the battle ends. The real issue would be turning them back because that has been an issue with transform on ditto/mew. Though at this point It shouldn't be that hard as long as we dont make hiroku do it
