Awesome, I didn't know that was possible! Just do what you feel you should. If you feel cheap or dirty using it, then just keep it in a trophy room as a shrine to your 1337 enchanting skills :P. Would go great with an item stand/pedestal mod, just make sure you take the pick off and put it in a chest before you uninstall :D.
Hmm. I've never heard of anything like this before. However, the above solutions pretty much cover it. You could transport some villagers via mine-cart track, or you can change your game-mode through mods and spawn some with the NPC Eggs. However, I believe Draco got the gamemode command wrong. I'm fairly certain it's "/gamemode *name* 1" to switch to Creative, and 0 for Survival.
For example, if I wanted to switch from Survival to Creative I would type "/gamemode ii_GoldDigger_ii 1".
Can you provide us more info on your... Testificate Terrifier??? I would love to see how it works! If you break the side to your cow cannon, the cows just come spilling out in one huge wave, and if you break only the top layer of blocks on the cannon, it fires in all directions!
Also guys, I made some other fun-ish inventions, like a machine that throws you violently back and forth on-rails. Should I post them here?
Go ahead, I would love to see it!
The all directions thing was the basis of the Bacon-Biffer. Actually that leads to the second part of my answer. I did post my other inventions, under the "similar inventions section. Thanks for your continued interest, may I ask how you found this thread again?
Couldn't get zombies to launch (Invisible Zombies bug strikes again :|), but I made some machines for other animals. None work as well as the Burger-Belter, but they work. There is now a "Similar Inventions" Section in the thread. Post your machines here and I will put them there and credit you for them.
I can't wait to try it! Great job! This will be fun on a creative server...
Do you have to destroy all 3 blocks in quick succession, or can you take your time with the half slab?
Could you give us a link to the original player cow launcher?
You only need to destroy the block directly covering the hole, not the one behind it. And you can take your time, but leave it for too long and expect to have a lot of cows roaming around, they do get out. And I did link to the player launcher in the thread, under "Premise".
I'm gonna make a zombie launcher in the daytime. BURNING PEOPLE FLYING IN THE AIR!!!
Make sure to post it here, i wanna see that Also guys, I made some other fun-ish inventions, like a machine that throws you violently back and forth on-rails. Should I post them here?
What you need to do is build a 3x3 ring on the ground (TNT = nothing) = Overhead view
Then on one of the side blocks, build up 2 blocks.
= Side view
Then build your snow golem in the middle hole, up the little column. As soon as the pumpkin is placed and the golem becomes 2 blocks tall, place a plank on the side pillar so that the snow golem can't jump out, then destroy the column on the side.
If you dig a big pit around the golems, then any monsters that come near will be hit by snowballs, become hostile and fall in. It is recommended that the pit is very wide, so that skeletons will fall in too.
This is the best snow golem defense that I know of, and if you are willing to put in the work it becomes a decent mob grinder as well
Usually I rock some sort of harder/more frequently spawning enemies mod, alongside Mo' Creatures, Millenaire and a couple of Mercenary or Castle Defenders (those were REALLY trending in 1.7) mods. Nothing quite like charging at an Ogre from the saddle of my Dark Pegasus leading a band of ocher-thirsty mercenaries, while archers set along the walls of my very own Indian village pelt it with arrows.

Still struggling with launching 2 block tall creatures sadly. Actually, I just had an idea of how to do just that.
I'll be right back with the Hisser-Heaver 4000
