I saw that it had been copy/pasted (you're not the first to try) and denied, trying to get you to change it enough to have an original app.
Accepted. One thing I must warn you of is that you should be very very VERY wary of Legion soldiers (most people only need 2 very's :o), as they do no like anything unhuman (ghouls, androids, etc).

Denied, bio is too short and probably needs to explain more about the kind of person you are. I don't mean write a personality and appearance paragraph, although it wouldn't do any harm, I mean write more about your past life. I know that your character can't remember anything but to be frank that's just lazy. There are few good excuses for not writing about your past, and Amnesia is not one of them.

Denied. The bio isn't really, well, a bio, as it doesn't explain much about your character's background and it kind of sounds more like an RP example. You don't explain what the change is or how it affects your character, and your bio is made up of you raving about how your character is hungry and how the change is the reason **** sucks. Complete overhaul might be necessary.
Denied. Explaining what happened would flesh out your bio a bit and possibly tell me more about your character.
Also, after reading thorn and genex's apps, I would like to propose a new rule:

Redo your rp example to suit our lore a bit better, and maybe change the bio to have more to do with FO2 lore, i.e what your character is doing in San Fran, etc.
Sorry that i didn't say this stuff first time around, but i kind of go like this:
1st app: Accept/deny because of any glaring issues (no sheep, short bio, not filled out properly, etc) or minor issues.
2nd app: Accept/deny because of any minor issues
3rd app: Person has usually either been accepted or given up by now, this is where I either accept, get really nitpicky if I'm in a bad mood or just tell them to **** off if they're not getting any better.
4th: Accept/ignore
