Due to recent increase in vandalism and young players abusing chat, we have implemented a new 18+ whitelist policy. Only new players of age 18 and up will be allowed in the server. All players who played on the server before this change will not be affected regardless of age, unless you demonstrate the behavior we are trying to avoid. I'm not sure if this was just convenient timing, but right after the above griefer grabbed all of my stuff and jumped into my lava disposal bin. His home was set at my base and he started destroying things constantly. about 30 of his deaths later he finally quit the server. Shortly after (like less than half an hour), the server owner mentioned he was changing it to a white list server. I do not know if this was the cause, but it is nice to know that its dedicated members are well considered and treated. Thank you.
That's actually very clever design. Most compact from the other posted designs. It's also very fast.

His design is off when none or all are sending signal. If only one is on, and then another is turned on, the output remains on. Don't believe me? Make it longer than two like the OP asked...
I wish I could find the post (maybe it was a youtube video). But I recreated it almost exactly with mine before adding the button start (even though yours is way better).
I almost feel like I'm bashing you with this because you're not the first, sorry if I am.
EDIT: Another:
EDIT2: Actually, since chances are you won't want to turn this generator off (but maybe you do, then don't do this) you could replace the lever with a torch again and then place a button on the block the torch is on.
