you could e-mail their support about it. they said on the ticket order page if there were any problems about the character cape not working, or the username was entered incorrectly you could report it to them and have it fixed. best of luck getting your cape. :wink.gif:
What is inside? If it contains stuff like banned_players.txt server.PROPERTIES whitelist.txt ect., Then just extract the file. If it contains files like ones is the regular minecraft.jar (.class, terrain.png, armor, gui, ect.) then im not sure why its doing that.
