-snip- Once people get themselves settled in their own area we could link a nether hub to the spawn hub and have everyone make their own rails to/from there. -snip-
An easier way (I think) to the nether rails, is to have like a teleportaion archives. It could have linking books to each persons base (with this everyone would need a linking book to spawn at their place, but that isnt a big deal) for quicker transport. This would also help save a lot of iron.
