1. Will dinosaurs be able to swim? If so can they have swimming animations then have a drowning animation if they stay in the water to long?
2. Will Pterosaurs be able to pick you up? Also can you make a leash that you could lash on to their foot/leg and ride them that way for a certain amount of time?
3.Can dinosaurs have stepping animations like when they are going up a block instead of jumping they lift their legs. As for smaller dinosaurs like Compy they could hop like the hypsilophodon animations only when going up blocks?
Neither, as both would hold each other off at bay. However, if you do want a fight on land...
Carcharodontosaurus, as it has shark teeth designed for ripping things into shreds (which would give Spinosaurus a death from bloodloss or even disembowelment), and the best thing is, it could actually hunt and kill on land, contrary to the Spinosaurus's water-hunter lifestyle.
I agree, Carcharodontosaurus is built for fighting and killing large prey, while Spinosaurus is meant for catching fish and possibly also scavenging (maybe scaring predators from their kill). Spino would be intimidating with its size, especially if it has a colorful frill that made it look even better. But that Carch would easily kill it, if that frill gets twisted, the Spino's spine will break. Plus a nice, vulnerable neck. I'd still pay to see to see that fight though.

Would cut scenes be able to be implemented? For example feeding them or watching them come out their egg.

I have an animation idea if it is possible to do: make a animation to get on dinos and with the dinopad make your hand visible and clicking animation
