I also find that the British steam trains need some light shed on them! The 3F Jinty is also my favourite, but I can't upload from the iPad.

Mother Russia has it's own laws.
Please consider this mod to be an unplayable-raw-indev-stack-of-Naiten's-ideas, which it actually is.
Marine engineering. Actually engineering, as I'll be pro at diesel engines and other energy stuff.
Coding physics was not my soapbox ever, you know.
I have one exam left for friday and it's going to be the hardest trial I ever faced in my conscious life. Hoping to find enough forces to finish papers and prepare for it though I'm already exhausted to null. Will tell about results this weekend.
We wish you the best of luck Naiten!

I was gonna post a picture to say something funny. Dang iPhone support! Where are you!?

How dare you! Mr. Naiten is working his bosom off just for our entertainment, and this is what he gets?! Sorry, it's kind of understandable if you don't dig deep, but over the course of the past month there have been sneak peaks of models for the new Narrow Gauge section. (ITS LIKE A WHOLE NEW FLIPPING MOD!!!) But please, in future, see how recent the comments are, not just the front page. Thank you for your cooperation with NaitCorp. NaitCorp. It's like the best thing ever, but with trains.

I agree with you railroader124, the different looks of steam made it a highly characterised era. This is why Thomas the Tank Engine succeeds, but Chuggington... Eeehhh. I think that the steam era is the place to go for variants of the same basic principle. (Or Japan, with the many shaped bullet trains. (Ironically, bullets don't look too different. (Fun fact: The Japanese word for Bullet Train is Shinkansen. (QUADRIPLE BRACKET!!!))))

Here's a hypothetical: Say I'm building a 10 block long bridge over a river. I then go and place a 16 length straight track on gravel that borders the bridge. Does this mean that the bridge's blocks should be changed to gravel? What if I don't want gravel as a trackbed? I personally don't gravel my tracks, as I feel it draws too much attention to my rail lines. A WorldEdit script might be a better way to go, as it could be configured to each person's needs.
If you don't want gravel as a track bed, either use one track segments or remove the gravel.

Why not just do what the ramps do? That is SO helpful

Welcome to RoW! You're gonna love this mod! Yes, that is the normal way, and do keep in mind that the next update will make all tracks except switches flexible.

Omg omg omg!!! Everyone's collaboration is probably helping Naiten out a lot! And not just the actual development! The support and other stuff is just as important!
Keep up the good work Naiten!

You got a new title! Choose from either "Off Topic-er" or "n00b" or even "100(th of a) percent relevant!"

Wow! I hope that narrow gauge will flex too (probably), and DAYDiecast is proud of himself!

Also, please nothing about TrainCraft... Naitanui has specifically stated that he wants to hear nothing about TrainCraft since it is...something?

A testificate? You couldn't pay me to take one of those guys. The only thing they're good for is keeping doors working, and they do a crummy job of that by the sound of things.
Although it is surprisingly easy to get them to board the train, provided you have the right tools (or block, as the case may be):
Please give us a detailed tutorial on how to do that! It would increase the non-forever-alone-ness level!
