posted a message on The Ender-Thermic Pump Mod

Updated mod to 1.11(.2? I don't actually know if it's compatible with 1.11(.1). Let me know!

Will add other liquids to the pump later, right now it's exclusive to lava.

posted a message on The Ender-Thermic Pump Mod

This mod is simply an update/remake of the Ender-Thermic Pump from Extra Utilites.
Yes, I plan on updating to 1.11 in the next day or so. Watch for the update!

    -Source Code-

The crafting recipe for the ETP

The Ender-Thermic pump will pump lava, and only lava, from under itself, automatically loading and unloading chunks as needed. It also causes minimal block updates, and can run off of RF or by players simply right-clicking it.
The liquid must be extracted using other mods like EnderIO, Thermal Dynamics, or Extra Utilities.
There's no RF generation included in this mod, either.

50RF per Lava block, one block per right click, 1000mb of lava for each block.
The pump has an internal buffer of 64000mb for fluids, and 3200 RF, meaning that from a full energy buffer the pump can get 64 buckets of lava.

The block does not keep either RF or liquid when broken, both will be lost.

If some bugs happen with where it's checking for lava, for some reason, just right-click it with a diamond and it will reset the block check positions. Depending on how much lava you've pumped, it'll take a while to re-check all the chunks until it gets all the way out.

If you have any other small, simple mods that haven't been updated/aren't planned on being updated, let me know. I want to get some experience modding Minecraft and I'd love to help people get updated versions of mods along the way.

You can, but Forge will not support you and neither will anyone else who works with Forge. We as a community are against explicity editing Baseclasses, as it isn't a safe way to manipulate class files. For instance, assuming you happen to have 2 different mods that modify the same class, the mod that was installed secondly would be able to work, however, the other mod would not. With the implemented bytecode system, FML supplies the class bytes to each core mod's class transformer, allowing them each to modifying the class bytes and not causing errors between mods, at least, assuming the transformer was written properly.

I'm not looking to make an actual mod or anything, I'm just looking to goof off.

ByteCode manipulation using ASM and a CoreMod if you're using Forge.

Is there no way to just straight up change it?

Hey, just wondering if there's any way to modify the base minecraft code anymore? Like, for instance, make creepers explode ten times larger than they currently do, things like that.

posted a message on EULA Revisited: an Updated Q&A From Mojang
    Chipping in my bit here.

While I agree with everyone on the P2W part of everything, I also strongly disagree with every other part of the new Eula. I completely agree with everyone saying that most big servers will be going down. Sure, if you're server is completely reliant on donations, you're probably not running it right morally, but you can't do anything about that. Hosting a massive server like Hypixel of Mineplex costs money. And a LOT at that. 2-5k players on at once from what I see That's expensive.. I saw a post above of someone basically saying the same thing as me, that it's not a matter of whether or not you have the time to run big servers, it's weather or not the bill exceeds what you're making. I think that any server should be allowed to charge for anything, as they are. If people are pissed at p2w games, don't play them. If parents are mad about their kids spending all their money, then ground them or something, be a parent. It's your fault your kid knows your info, not mojang's.

Basically what I'm saying is that if you can't afford higher tier ranks/kits/ect, that's your problem. In real life, you can pay people and stuff for higher priorities. If you wanna donate and get nothing back, do it. If you wanna pay a server to get something special, then you should be allowed to. If a server lets you buy admin commands like ban and such, then that's just not a good server. If a server is charging $200 for one diamond sword, and you buy it, that's your problem. Servers shouldn't need to be limited in any way. Minecraft is a sandbox. So let it be what it wants to be. If multiplayer wants to be filled with donor ranks and such, let it. If people don't like that, play single player. Simple.

So yeah, that's my piece of the puzzle in. Agree or disagree with me, I don't care.

The servers are down right now.

Just wait until they are back up. (Not saying you did, but) Don't critisize Mojang for maintenance.

posted a message on ChimneySwift11 Fan Animated Series Progress Tracker
Helloooo everyone, RiokuTheSlayer here, bringing you a little progress tracker page for my fanmade series: ChimneySwift Animated.

Simple put, I'm going to animate whatever I find funny from ChimneySwift11's channel.

    Checklist:
-Rig:80% (Needs a few minor tweaks)
    -Scenes:0% (Haven't started yet)
    -Animation:0% (Haven't started yet)
    -Visual Effects:0% (Haven't started yet)

I know, not much is done yet. If anyone would like to help, all you need it some skill and expirience with Blender.

Here's a picture of the Unfinished rig:

posted a message on [Whitelist][Hamachi] DireWolf20 friendly server, just want some new people.
Hey! RiokuTheSlayer here, And I kinda have a personal server, ever since I figured out you could use Hamachi, but nobody to play with really. So I thought I'd post about it here.

Just looking for some friendly people to play with, and because of how Hamachi works, I can only have 5 players.

It won't be 24/7, but i'll leave it up from about 1-2 UCT until about 8-9 UCT.

Server will have about 3 gigs ram to begin with, I have 7 available, and, depending on the lag, may give more.

    Rules:
    There are no banned items
No exploits ( The Nether Star exploit included.)
Don't destroy anything that isn't yours.
    Don't be rude.
    No stealing anything.

Anyone who breaks the rules will be banned and kicked off the hamachi network.

I just kinda want to make some new friends and who like to play FTB as well. PM me if you want to play.

P.S. Anyone who says something like "oh id like to get on u srvr wats the ip thingy" and stuff won't be answered.

posted a message on Lags on vanilla, but not on 140 mods?
So yeah. Title explains it all. I can't run a Vanilla 1.7.9 server. It lags the person playing with me, me, and my entire computer.

HOWEVER. I can run a 140 mods (Direwolf20.) with 4-5 people no problem.

So what's up? Is it because I run the DW server through a command prompt, and the normal MC server through the special console?

Both servers are hosted over Hamachi.

    Specs:
AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon HD Graphics, 3.80 GHz
    8GB RAM, 7.46 Usable
    64-bit OS
