Looks fine to me. Maybe make the Oak Wood a little more defined-looking?

*Made by Ringoster (a.k.a. SnBVideoLPs on the MCForums)*

Version: Alpha 1.0. (first ever release!)

Fracture brings a unique look to Minecraft; Bright, smooth, cartoony, with a hint of realism. Kinda hard to describe! I orginally intended it to have somewhat RPG-like realism look to it, but as I progressed and developed my pixel art abilities, it took on a Sphax PureBDCraft flavor, which I embraced, taking care to make sure the textures still look original and innovative. The majority of the textures are hand-drawn pixel art, while the rest are tweaked, resized, and edited photos that I took myself.

Click Here to download the pack!

    Forest with fancy leaves.

    The End.

The first Mob to be textured thus far: The Slime.

    Biome-based random Slime textures.

Pics of Biomes-O-Plenty mod with Fracture: (remember, the mod textures are unfinished too!)

    A Crag.

    A Quagmire

    A Volcano

    And lastly, an Outback!

This is a work-in-progress texture pack. Many textures are unfinished, missing, or placeholders for future textures. I'll hopefully be updating it fairly quickly, so visit this post often to check for new updates! A list of current issues to be fixed, as well as all placeholder textures is contained in the download. I'm really aiming to mold and tweak my TP to the liking of the community (you), and I appreciate all kinds of feedback on my work, both positive and negative!

    Mod Support:

I have big plans for adding mod support to Fracture, as it's been one of my primary goals from the start to make a highly flexible and mod-compatible pack to eliminate having default mod textures shown alongside the texturepack textures (something that I can't stand).

    Current mods supported:
    Biomes-o-Plenty (WiP)
MCPatcher Mods (Connected Textures, Custom Colors, Random Textures, Random Mobs)

    Planned mod support:
    XtraBiomesXL
    Equivalent Exchange
    Thaumcraft?
Divine RPG (my ultimate end goal. Pretty unlikely, but I think I can do it!)
Tekkit Lite! (Probably not gonna happen. :P )

    Additional Credits:
Not really any! I've done all the textures myself thus far (although I would LOVE if someone could draw up or let me use one of their lava or fire animations... animating isn't really my thing)!

DON'T claim this pack to be your own.
DON'T redistribute the pack or download link.
DON'T edit or copy-paste textures from this pack into your own (If you're making a mash-up/ compilation of your favorite textures, ask me, and I might make an exeption).

DO spread the word about this pack!
DO make reviews/let's plays of this pack, just make sure you include a link to this post in the description.
DO leave feedback on what textures look terrible/awesome to you. It'll help me make it look even better in future updates!

Currently working on a banner for Fracture... unfortunately, I'm a bit new to these forums, and I don't know how large to make it. Any help?

    Thanks for visiting!

Your channel seems alright. Maybe you should advertise more? And also, make sure to put the word "Minecraft" in the titles of your videos. If people are looking for Minecraft gameplay, they'll search "Minecraft" not "The Wither's Challenge" since most people won't know what "The Wither's Challenge" is. Also tag your vids! :)

It actually never really occured to me to put 'Minecraft' in the title... always kept it out to save space... And advertising is something we've been neglecting a lot. Thanks for the feedback!

Me and my friend are Youtubers, and we've been doing videos for a fair amount of time now, but have hardly gotten any views, and only 6 subs. Any idea why? Here's a sample vid:

(And also, just out of curiosity, which one of us would you say is 'best'?)

Works fine for me. There's a bug with the texture pack switching - I think you can change the resolution of mojang.png to 256x.

Try selecting all the texture pack components and turn it into one zip.

    That didn't seem to work...

I've been working on an HD Texture Pack, and I've reccently run into a problem. Whenever I try to select the pack from the menu, Minecraft switches to the default pack instead, as if I were pressing the default button. All other packs, including two that I've made, work fine. The pack I've had problems with was working fine until I changed mojang.png (the new mojang.png is 512x, rather than 256x, but I don't see why that would be a problem).
I've properly named all the texture folders, edited things from default enough to tell if the pack is active or not, saved all images as .png's, included a pack.png and pack.text, and left the pack unzipped. What's going on!?

EDIT: I've also tried zipping the pack, removing extra files that I added for mod support, deleting stitched terrian and items.png, playing on the older 1.5 pre-release, downloading a new .jar, playing both online and offline (at different ip adresses), removing and adding pack.png, removing and adding pack.txt, duplicating the entire pack, using MCPatcher, and using the default mojang.png... I'm on Mac OS Snow Leopard 10.6.8 if it helps at all...

I placed the mod in the Forge 'mods' folder, and it doesn't appear to be doing anything at all. I also had the TooManyItems and Recipe Book mods installed at the time... Any idea how to get it to work?
