First off, let me make an introductory statement of "I hope you guys lift the toilet seat before going to urinate."
Secondly, I would say it doesn't matter either way how you pee, I prefer on the side for the beginning, so there is less splash, and thus less chance of it spraying out, then as the flow slows down go toward the middle, so I can make sure it is getting in the bowl/urinal.
Concluding, while I feel my method is scientifically best, any method can work, even going on the bathroom floor, which is very inappropriate but it gets the task completed.
Checked the config, it looks fine. It would be helpful to know the version of PermissionsEX you are using and possibly other plugins that may be conflicting with it on the server.
1.) Not fully taking all wood out of trees.
2.) Building out of bad materials.
3.) Griefing.
4.) Swearing.
5.) That 99% of players are 13-15.
6.) The sure growth into a horrible community.
You will need to make sure to have the "MakeMeAdmin" setting set to true in the server.properties
Should look like:

How did you "port forward right"?
Did you make sure to use the administrator account to login to your router, and have a ethernet cable connected to your computer?
End of stream usually means that the server is busy and can't let any players connect. Try re-downloading bukkit and making sure all your plugins are up-to-date, and check if hamachi is letting data through the port and that your computer isn't blocking large chunks of it.
This problem can also be caused by a corrupted jar file or the map (if the player is in the area that is corrupted) so your server cannot handle the extra data and fix it for the client, so it adjusts processes to the corrupted data and slows down the overall server. Make sure the area where the player is isn't causing lag for any other players and to re-install the vanilla server jar (or bukkit.)
Source: Old server had this problem with two players only, monitored the process's and found that it was allotting extra resources to fix a corrupted map and I repaired the region file.
