    posted a message on [1.2.5/12w17a] ClassicTitle - pre-1.4 title screen
    Here's a simple one, a port of 1.3_01's title screen, just because I love the animated logo even though I started playing in 1.4:

    Download v1.4 for Minecraft 12w17a - ModLoader not required, must go in minecraft.jar
    Direct link in case you're having issues with surveys or malware or whatever
    v1.3 for Minecraft 1.2.5 - v1.2 for Minecraft 1.2.4 - v1.1 for Minecraft 1.2.3 - v1.0 for Minecraft 1.1

    I know that the blocks look weird after you go back from a menu, yet to figure out why. You can still change languages, go to "Language..." on the Options menu.

    License: You can update, mirror, etc. as long as you link here. Ask me for permission on this topic (strictly no PMs) before including in a modpack.

    posted a message on [1.0.0] Record fix - get all records from cat to 11!
    This small fix makes creepers killed by skeletons able to drop all records (except 11) and makes newly generated dungeons able to contain all records (including 11) in the chests.

    Standard version:
    Client (1.0.0)
    Server (1.0.1)
    Bukkit (1.0.1-R1 aka 1597) - put on the jar file as you would for a normal client mod. Don't delete META-INF!

    Minecraft Forge version: (requires at least Minecraft Forge 1.2.3!)
    Client (1.0.0)
    Server (1.0.1)

    Both versions overwrite EntityCreeper and WorldGenDungeons and don't require ModLoader/ModLoaderMP. You don't need the client fix to join a server with the server fix. Do not use on mods folder, must be inserted into the jar.

    posted a message on [API] [1.0.0] Splash API [v1.0]
    For you, it may be the most useless thing ever - an API for adding title screen splashes. Either bundle it with your mod (it is VERY VERY VERY unlikely to change) or ask your users to install it if they want more splashes.
    I made this after I remembered how Better than Wolves edits the whole splashes.txt file just to add stuff like "Fear & Loathing in Minecraft!".

    Download (v1.0 for Minecraft 1.0.0)

    Modders, decompile the API by adding it to the jar and this code will get you started:
    try {
    	Method addSplash = GuiMainMenu.class.getMethod("addSplash",String.class);
    	Method delSplash = GuiMainMenu.class.getMethod("delSplash",int.class);
    	Method setStaticSplash = GuiMainMenu.class.getMethod("setStaticSplash",String.class);
    	addSplash.invoke(null,"Check out "+GuiMainMenu.RED+"Splash API!");
    	int funkyid = addSplash.invoke(null,GuiMainMenu.GARBLED+"FUNKY LOL");
    	delSplash.invoke(null,funkyid);
    	if ((Calendar.getInstance().get(Calendar.DAY_OF_WEEK) == Calendar.SATURDAY) || (Calendar.getInstance().get(Calendar.DAY_OF_WEEK) == Calendar.SUNDAY)) {
    		setStaticSplash.invoke(null,"Everybody's working for the weekend!");
    	}
    } catch (Throwable e) {
    	System.out.println("Splash API is not installed or failed to load: "+e);
    }

    This API adds 3 static methods and some constants to GuiMainMenu:
    addSplash(String) adds a splash and returns its ID. Color codes and garbled text (seen in credits) are supported, see the constants declared on GuiMainMenu such as GARBLED and RED.
    delSplash(int) will blank the specified splash ID so it's no longer displayed. In the example, I am deleting the garbled text splash that I added.
    setStaticSplash(String) sets a static splash such as "Merry X-mas!". I recommend wise usage of it - setting a static splash all the time isn't reasonable, but to celebrate your mod's anniversary, it is.
    For god's own sanity, please use reflection if you are not bundling the API with your mod.

    posted a message on [1.0.0] Bags!
    Inspired by Equivalent Exchange's color-coded alchemy bags, this mod started out as a proof of concept on using item NBTTagCompounds (introduced in the 1.9 prereleases for storing enchantments).

    Each bag (crafted with 3 wool in a V like a bowl) has its own inventory of the size of a single chest. It has a tooltip which shows the item count and the first item found. Requires ModLoader, does not edit anything.

    Download:
    Client (1.0.0)

    Hope you enjoy it! SMP support will come on popular demand.
