    I may have missed it someplace in the documentation, but is there a way to examine a dimension and see what features it contains? Specifically any random features that weren't defined with dimlets.

    I'm having an issue with using trains on high speed rails. Visually what I'm seeing is the locomotive yo-yoing ahead of the rest of the minecarts, and then eventually it just decouples from the rest of the train and goes its own way. I've tried using as few as 2 booster tracks and still have the issue happening. Do you have any tips on how I can set things up to avoid this? I've tried using just the carts, and those seem to work fine when they maintain boosting, so I was thinking about designing the entire system to not need locomotives, but I really like them.

    This is on 7.2.1 and in SMP.

    Thanks, I tried that before, but I think I found the problem with my setup. I had another operation to reset the "stored variable" back to 0 with a second button press, but I think the controller was executing that operation regardless of whether the button was pressed.

    Maybe I've missed it someplace, but is there a resource for non-electrical engineers for understanding each of the PRC functions? I've tried looking up a few of them with google and results are hit or miss.

    I'm really enjoying the rednet controller and am looking to use it to control a grand junction with railcraft switches. One thing I haven't figured out is how to lengthen a pulse lengthener for more than 255 ticks. I'm feeding an input signal, and a constant of 255 right now. I tried a couple different tricks to get it to accept a variable longer than 255 in place of the constant, but none seemed to work.

    I've looked around and I'm pretty sure it isn't possible, but it would be cool if we could output the contents of a crafting monitor to a computercraft or Nuclear Controls monitor. I've got some fairly long jobs processing via Gregtech centrifuges and it's nice to have a visual indicator without having to run all the way over to the crafting monitor and opening it up.

    Running some tests on the mining laser and it looks like it isn't anywhere near the same level of energy efficiency as a quarry. It has the advantage of being stationary, but really isn't practical unless you already have a large amount of renewable energy to begin with, so calling it another version of the matter fab is spot-on.

    For everyone with a not-working smeltery. Do you have railcraft 7.2.0.0 or higher installed? TC smelteries are still not working with the latest Railcraft. You will have to wait for a fix on either side.


    I don't know about the others, but I can confirm I am on the latest Railcraft. I have an unconfirmed report from someone else on my server that their smeltery eventually clicked into place after leaving it for a long time.

    I am also having this same issue in SSP.

    TC Version is 1.3 (1.5.1_1.3.dev.44)
