Scenerios: Explain what you would do in the scenario:
1.) You are a Moderator. A player starts spamming in caps in the chat. What do you do? As a moderator my job Is to monitor the server and make sure everything is running smoothly. Spam is obviously a disruption and it is punishable on almost every server therefore I would have to step in and take action. My first action would be warning the player with a mute. If he continues I would Mute him for 30 mins as a punishment for neglecting staff and spamming the chat. If he continues after his mute runs out then I would temp-ban for 24 Hours. Most servers have a mute code based on offences that would be protocol to follow during this situation.
2.) You are a Moderator. A well known donor on the server makes racist jokes toward a new member. What do you do? I would either warn the donor or mute him for 10 mins based on the severity of the joke. Racism is illegal and punishable by law, so if that continues I would have to temp-ban for 24 hours and report it to you. If he continues after his ban I would consult you about his rank and if it should be revoked.
3.) You are a Moderator. A new member joins the server and randomly starts flying. What do you do? I would first do /whois to check if a staff activated fly mode by accident. If that was the case I would undo the fly mode. If not I would suspect him of hacking, take a screenshot, and report it to you. I would also temp-ban him for a 24 hour period. Hacking is not tolerated in any way shape or form therefore he should receive a ban but I don't want to jump to conclusions and Ill keep him off the server until you or another head of the server would be able to deal with it. Why are you looking to become a helper: I am looking for a fun new factions pvp server to play on. I noticed this and I thought to myself what a great server this could turn out to be. I feel as if this server will get big one day and I really would like to be part of this fantastic project.

Because of the fact that they weren't the right server for me. I quite enjoy playing on Matrixnetwork still on my free time it is an interesting bending server. The others I left because over time they decreased in size and became pointless for me to stay on it. I didn't enjoy the atmosphere of the server and the games weren't what I had desired. After a while servers that died out got boring and they had to fire some staff. They never fired me but I stepped down from position. If I were to get staff on your server I would devote my time to it. I would probably stop playing on other servers. Servers are only fun to staff if they are good exiting servers. Staff is also really stressful if the staffing team is un friendly so that was part of the reason I left some of these servers. It was way too hectic and unorganized for me.
