I like android because it's more open. On ios everything is controlled by apple. Even if you jail break it you can't do certain thing with it that you can do with android. The market is an open market too.

i must agree with the galaxy s2, its too plasticy and ugly 4 me, however the Galaxy nexus, looks stunning and has all the tasty specs to back it up including android 4.0

MS, Apple, or Google add feature to a piece of their software.
*nix zealots point at some abandoned skunkworks project and yell "we had it first". Then they hope nobody is looking as they all rush to make it presentable. Case and point: Compiz. Before Aero and Aqua, compiz was pretty much abandoned. Then MS adds aero and Apple adds aqua, and suddenly it's top priority.
As for cellphones, I think the entire idea of a smartphone is sort of stupid. when being able to phone people becomes a irrelevant sidebar of it's real functionality, it's about time to drop the "phone" moniker.

See, I think Droid is worse than the iPhone, since everything the Droid could do in it's second version was everything the iPone could do in it's first version. Hell, even my iPod Touch can do everything the Droid can do, even call with special apps! And the iPhone isn't a huge waste of energy like the Droid is; I've heard that trying to do something like set up a Wifi hotspot drains the Droids supply like a 6-year old drains a Kapri-sun.
But neither of them are rip offs of the other.

Whenever I try to play minecraft on my mac it works fine up to the point where it is loading the world then the screen goes black and I can see an error message for about a second.
