My server will be composed of brilliant staff I will personally check and review over. I will gather many builders to help me build my survival/creative server, with spigot or bukkit, whichever you prefer. We will offer donor ranks in which 100% of it will go to you, because I don't care about making a profit. We will have creative plot worlds where players are free to enjoy themselves as they construct massive builds, or survival where they must gather food, slay mobs, etc. I might add a roleplay section later, but for now this is the plan.
I would prefer these plugins pre-installed: groupmanager installed, essentials, chat control, worldborder, permissionsex, adminfun, Holographic Displays, essentialsspawn, warpportal, plotsquared, and disguise if you could.

I run a VPS hosting company, and we started clearing out our server rooms last week. We stumbled across 8 (or so) servers sitting around, plugged in doing nothing! So I had the idea of giving these servers to the public here on MinecraftForums.

I don't know, but it helped me when I had this exact problem. Last time I checked you need JDK to run java in the command line.
