I'll double check just to be sure.
Note: Yeah I guess it did register the click when I selected cheats on...rofl. Should have checked that first.
I assumed this was the place to request seeds as well as posting them. If this is untrue mods are welcome to move this thread to a better place. I also adjusted the Title to prevent confusion. Asking for a seeds kind of nulls posting a seed. If I had one I would use it and there for not need the thread at all.
Just as the Title says. I'm start a One Mod LP which will be an on going thing. Each Mod Lp will start on the same seed. The plan is to record the base building with the basic core pack with no main mod added. Then each LP I start will be starting on the same map with the base pre built. But I can't find a good seed I like. Need something at spawn within 20-40 blocks or so. I hate Jungle Biomes and Desert Biome can be close but not at spawn. Needs to be flat-ish at the spawn but hills can be near by. I will be making a video on the seeds I like for them to be voted on on my channel as a FYI and link to this thread. I'll give credit in the video also as a FYI. Also no surface lava near spawn. Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions made. Magzie
If that isn't enough, from Mojang.com; "While we plan to keep larger new features as a surprise to reveal at Minecon, some of the smaller changes will make it into snapshots in the following next weeks. And this snapshot has…"
pretty much fills in any mis-conceptions. The devs have made it a point this is exactly what they were doing for 1.11, so to mention that in a 1.10 snapshot is just completely out of place.
I guess they could be 1.10 snapshots, but when you're focusing on organizing a game and trying to build up hype for the next version, for both reasons you'd want to push them off into 1.11
I'm confused There is nothing on the Mojang site that says the newest spot light is 1.11. The twitter post says they are working on bugs fixes and 1.11 update. Doesn't that mean that the bug fixes could very well be 1.10 fixes because they were clear no new news on the 1.11 update would be give till sept minecon? I guess I'm asking why everyone is assuming that the spotlight is a 1.11 spotlight.
The suggestion would still work even if you do stick with Vanilla although you might want to keep a written book on you with the cords of you different bases. Set up another base for you to goof off at when you get bored of the building. Then you can come back. You could even build minecart networks to all you build locations after you have the resources at your main base.
The update is already stable on java. They are just waiting to release it.
They said the update was so big it had to be released in 2 phases. rofl.
