Hi I don't know if this is the right place to put this but there's a mod that I use to have called Starmine but I deleted it and now when I look on Youtube I see mod showcases about it but no download link. I couldn't find it on curseforge either and I don't want to download it from 9minecraft. Does anyone know where I can download it?

Spifey on Youtube used it in a video a few months ago? Where would he have gotten it from? The only place I found it was on 9minecraft

Also how do I stop players from trying to break blocks
Like holding down the break button and not breaking blocks

I'm using Worldguard 1.14 on my server and I have a region set so that players who aren't op can't break blocks
But when they break them it says they can't do that but they get the block anyway...
There is a building area on my server and players can get unlimited blocks
